Gordon, you don't know that at all, you have not spoken to Oilex or GSPC.

All you doing is making things harder for them to get though COVID-19 with these public unfounded comments.

Oilex has a plan, it just needs time, it has support of the its investors.

Covid-19 is really effecting the India progress, even the MD of GSPC has Covid-19 currently.

Once they start making gross profit it is contributing to the overheads of the business so will start reducing cash burn and losses for the company. The company does not need to be profitable for this to happen.

Gross profit is Sales price less direct costs, Net profit is sales less direct costs and overheads.

So when you say profit please be clear what you mean Gross Profit or Net Profit.

Impossible to know in low volumes and the local tax rates.

So don't compare bottom lines.

YOu might be able to get a gross profit figure if you look at a producer in the same field, using the same extraction methods that gives that detail.

Also the tender document said there were no debts associated with the sale.

I asked Joe about this in the past, he says the tendering party is fully aware of the JV debts owed to OIlex by the JV.
