I putting my stall out at over 1p when the Camabay deal done RNS comes out.

So 5 bagger from here.

They get the $6m USD cash calls sorted from GPSP as part of that is deal so that will go straight to the bottom line and into the balance sheet. The Auditors made them write it off in the accounts you see.. :)

My sentiments exactly but there might be a big dilution in the deal funding so it may not be as simple as you think, we need the deal to do the sums.

One thing thorough is the $6m cash calls owed by GSPC to OIlex. This I think will be settled as part of the deal consideration. It has already been written down in the balance sheet in Oilex's books. So that is near enough a doubling of assets on this point alone.

Who knows as they might dilute 50% on this deal..

Although I suspect not, it will be mostly cash with a partner taking a stake and writing off the the missing cash calls from GSPC.

Suspect Oilex will not give up over 50% this time around!

Cambay worth £60m. So on Cambay alone expecting a £60m+ asset valuation well over 1p with the deal news.

GSPC owe the JV about $6m USD in back contributions and JV owes Oilex this who has written if off in their accounts.

Look I have a lot of skin in this game, a life changing sum for most tbh.

I have faith, I have talked to Joe and Ron multiple times on the phone and believe this is so held back once GSPC is gone this will soar!

I still think this will top 1p on the day of the deal so cheap as chips currently tbh.

Oilex's part of Cambay worth around £20m UKP - total there £45M share cap should be around £60m imho on an asset basis alone.

Oilex was forecasting a share price of 0.65p+, based on the preferred bidder's bid btw.. So you can do the rough maths from that tbh.
