Gordon, they kill Oilex and the they get the JV entirely.

Of course it was deliberate by GSPC!

They got wrong as GSPC agreed one thing in court and did another in reality.

We just don't seem to get a break at the moment, GSPC have a one hell of a lot to answer for.

Oilex also know who this partner is i understand, but can not say anything.

So Oilex are getting a new partner and the offer was good enough for Oilex to decline to match it.

Not getting a call back from company either, i want o have faith but this information backout is not good.

I am pretty stunned it is taking this long with the agreement with GSPC, agreeing to COMPLETE sale in 90 days from the 23rd of Sept 2019.

There is still significant value in Oilex's position.

If they ever get there money back and access to Cambay with a good JV partner.

Total Share cap is like £5m ukp at the moment...

During the December 2019 quarter, Oilex was paid INR10,782,244 (E A$224,000) towards outstanding cash calls from its Joint Venture partner. Total outstanding cash calls from GSPC - Est. USD$5.6 MM (inclusive of the Est. USD$3.054 MM pursuant to the Event of Default (EoD)).

So this means even since the default GSPC owes Oilex a further 2.5m USD + wow
