Except for urgent personal reasons why would anyone be looking to sell shares at the moment?

Price is on its knees and they are looking to sell 50% of asset worth more than that entire company share cap, it feels like the market is broken.

Even with low volume the MM dropped it 4 points just beyond me tbh, company is currently an absolute steal at these prices, but where are the buyers?

I know what they said and they have changed their plan based on the results and have reran the numbers.

In the meantime Gas prices and oil prices have rocketed.

It is a a refrac of an existing well and only 2 zones ... It says so in the RNS.

The word Robust as well is key... it is an adjective and the recent RNSes under the new boss don't have adjectives in them like this.

This is the only statement that matters, they have believe this is realistic and true or would not have written it. They must have numbers/data that proves this or they will not get the farm out.

The RNS could hardly be better tbh.

All my investments are going south at the moment, there is a lot of uncertainly in world. I think many invest, like investment funds, trackers etc, more macro than micro way so few actually study the companies and look for value. Rolls Royce is a case in point, it is ridiculously low at the moment. You would think the company had massive problems, was still in big debt burning cash and making loses not of which is true. It is cash generative, has many good things going on, but is making only a modest profit each as they write off so much R&D due to conservative accounting polices.
