The amount of "people" that keep brining up ingen and contract constantly and keep saying it's 10 year would make AI report it.

ATM it is as straight forward as they are requesting a refund..they aren't taking them to tribunal. We know what the possible numbers are, and we have stopped paying the same vat on those goods since March. The same that other companies havnt been paying since Jan 25. There is a hearing because of the amount. Yes we can't say for certain how everything will work out, but the result of the global was quite clear. So it's very likely to be fine.

I've never seen silk here anywhere but would be good if it was as I can see the being popular in my household. Tried a few of the aplros which are decent. Milk doesn't have a huge amount of sugar, but these alternatives that bring it down to around 2g per 100 do seem to be getting popular, the fact it has decent fiber is also becoming more important.

Hey 1 pencil, I mentioned about their vegan the other day. I've tried a few and I've now switched to more than 50% of my intake is pea protein. Yes I don't mean much, but the price for 5kg was really good, £50 vs around that for just 2.5kg of whey and imo it's a lot better for you. I guess my point is I consider myself to be an average joe and of I'm doing they prob are getting a decent uptick and it's actually not bad flavour.

I believe they said hmrc will let them know before end of spring or something, or in spring. I also think it said there has to be a hearing, due to the size. So may just be a formality hopefully

They are saying they are expecting to pay down debt with vat, they have been saying this for ages if it comes on. When this came out I think it was known about the appeal refusal hence the retrospective application for vat refund so it was even more likely. It was and is very much expected and is mention that it could reduce debt. Quite clear and nothing to really comment about

What doesn't seem to be anywhere is that they have actually adjusted figures for this debt payment in anyway except saying yea. It will knock of 80 million .

Impression I got was they applied for refund back in late March so those figures prob are it, they aren't still paying maybe. It's hard to tell but could be the website was only updated (hmrc website) when it was brought up here other week, but the ruling happened a bit before , thg have no requested a refund which should be dealt with in may, but due to what it is there will be a hearing. The requests are also split into a 60 and a 18, so could arrive different times

I could be completely wrong on the above though, just my rough understanding. Also as others have stated it's only certain goods, if it was all goods it would have been a lot more than 80m lol
