You also aren't guaranteed a appeal you have to ask permission. It all depends on judge, but also the previous judge if they locked the case down wel or left errors / areas open that let appeal sneak in . It is ridiculous though

Lol baz. Unfortunately the judicial system is quite a mess. A judge once told me that going to court is rolling the dice, mainly coming down to what judge you get. They all come back with different answers and opinions.

So GBN won, the judges on first tribunal refused an appeal, which is generally what happens, then they have applied for permission to appeal to higher tribunal. If they have appealed late, that could be an issue for delay in that it may just be cancelled without looking. Is odd that others are progressing quicker. Hopefully a update soon....

Shaun, appeal might be rejected outright by upper, might not have a court date. Though does look like that should have been decided by now by other dates. Also seems like there are appeals even after that so....

Always seems that buyers have significantly little impact vs impact of sells. Large buys mean nothing, rises that sustain buys are taken out quickly. The drop from 50 by nearly 10% in less than 30 mins was done on 0.5% of shares . It's the automatic transactions that are controlling the price, they are fatiguing the share and making it hard for natural buyers. Ignoring any cooperate behaviour anyway.

Have a look at the lse 250 website, but on PC, you can sort the market cap by size. Obviously it's not a full indication just looking at 250 as it depends what others have increased, but you can see we are not an issue for dropping out ATM.
