What would be nice if MM is simply getting ready to move on, securing back a good stake in the company, then steps down and concentrates on other ventures as he lets someone else deal with this as he rolls into it. Wishful thinking on a Saturday 🫠

Not really, he doesn't have any increase in his % at the moment, in fact he just diluted himself.

If anyone wants to bid, before December is going to make it a lot easier, if the convertible can simply be paid off

Depends on the term of the convertible loan doesn't it. And technically that 60m is new debt, but interest free ?

Has he underwritten pretty much all of it, then scaled back on the 30 and 60 depending on buyers?

Also is the raise only available to certain investors or any shareholders?
