Gosh Glencore going to all extremes here. I hold Gelncore shares and wish the SP well, but the letter smacks of desperation IMAO,DYOR.

@jsyboy, Good to hear this. With capital at approx. 327 million and you with at least 1 million ( 7 figures), I would think you have good knowledge of the company and if you don’t, then you should as you own a fair bit of it. Do you know any info on further contracts?

Good news continues, wonder when SP will make its next move towards 180?

Yeah, I’m quite invested here and bought in the 70s - unlucky timing etc. I agree, company could have released the news of the good and the bad in a more responsible timely manner. That’s a black mark for me and leads to suspicions. I only hope the underlying business model is less dubious. Are there any PFC employees on this message board and what is there take on these shenanigans? Optics don’t look good.

I am doing that with RR shares, thing is I was advised to sell and then rebuy with cash in my ISA. I am with Barclays Smart Investor. Have to do this way as subject to CGT. Maybe different for you - I am not a tax advisor but took advice for my situation. Good luck and DYOR

Astaris Capital Management LLP seemed to take a significant short position the day before the news of the contracts were released to market. PFC has a fair few fund managers with short positions ( at least this am), but talk about bad luck and poor timing. And those guys paid for that, unreal.

SP heading back to the 80’s anytime soon, but only posting because l’m a little bored. If stays low ISA next week, if rises sooner no problem..

@deos. I don’t see it like that. You are very unlikely to cream the price. This is a penny share but you have to see the potential, believe in what they are doing and IMO this investment is sound.In any case, it is going to go higher. People taking profit, shorters in the mix. Keep the faith.

Have to admit, have consolidated here. I think it the SP might push up close to 90 by end of day but even if doesn’t, a real hold!

@Tempus, I retains modest four digit holding here. I did well when buying in pre covid and selling at the right time. Anyhow, RR just seems a complete mess of a company where it seems the Union (and I know it has its reasons) is intent on making it unprofitable etc. But I just don’t understand how any scenario is going to bode well for shareholders either. Can you enlighten me?

@Clearviews. Agree with your sentiments but I think you are overegging it if you think this message board is going to have a sway in what happens to the SP next. There is always going to be a fallback after such an acute rise, problems and challenges etc ahead( liquidity sourcing funds etc). I had a relatively small holding here and am exiting really only breaking even - I may pop back in when I see the breakdown of the contact and how PFC are going to raised the funds. Love what they are trying to do but as a trader you have to do what is right for you and take profit etc when you can. On the other hand if you believe in PFC and there are plenty of reasons to then invest away. DYOR and take care of yourself!

@Chaster68, why do you think there will be a buyback? And why would they pay dividends when it is so early in recovery and RR still has significant debt. ( I am sitting on a substantial holding here but thought that the SP will take much longer to reach 200 plus, though I believe it will eventually and go higher). Best wishes DYOR.
