Nice to see some good volume over there for the first time in a very long time. Current volume today is 32,800. Don't get me wrong, it's not massive but better than the 50 day average volume of 3,929. Maybe Canadians are getting a whiff of our story or maybe some of them are buying over here. The share price over there currently equates to about 55p. I know there has been some differences in price due to the high spread in Canada, but hopefully there will be continued interest.

Drilling on cacao should finish July time.

The cacao geological overview dated May 2019 by Warren pratt is also a very good read. You can find it on condor's website under investors and then technical reports and click on 2019. Talk of potential 1m oz on that report.

Nothing overall special. Currently in tuscon talking to a design and engineering company about the final designs which mark will hopefully announce to the market shortly. Production still 18 months away from now. Half way through site clearance. 2600m drilling on cacao, going well and they are hitting the strike length as they step out 100m each drill. Had a conversation with first majestic 10 days ago, not sure whether just to do with the sag mill or anything else. Will update to bfs likely and fundraise to happen in around 6 months. Still obviously working numbers on final capex, maybe around $70-80m as already spent $4m on land and no need to resettle etc.

Hi northman. No, we still have 5% of the land to purchase. The government are involved to sort it out.

Even if we don't toll mill with calibre, it's good to see high grades, especially at Limon as it's only down the road.

As posted over in advfn, I also thought cacao results will only be announced at the end of the drill program?

There isn't a great deal on the initial rns that granted the environmental permit. Purchasing all the land is one requirement before starting the actual construction/build phase. The permit was extended for another 18 months on Jan 2020 from it's initial grant in August 2018. It is possible that another 18 months extension can be granted if we haven't completed all the requirements by the 27th July. With the side wide water balance and tailing storage facility appearing on track I guess the land is the only sticking point. We've surely had enough time go fulfill all our requirements of the environmental permit.

Not sure any of us will be privvy to that information rr unfortunately.

Research, research, research. Personally I haven't much time to be researching many other companies. I've done plenty of research on condor and I am happy to stay invested. Yes, investing into gold producers will probably be a good idea at present but I see a good re-rate here and I am happy to stay put and wait.

Sam, Mark won't be able to disclose that information to shareholders. I feel it is more likely that a toll deal with calibre. Looks like calibre have enough to be cracking on with.

On second thoughts, looking at mako's April presentation, they state doubling production by 2022 from 500 to 1000tpd. Mako haven't got a strong cash position at present although they have literally just started production so will have some cash very soon. They are forecasting roughly $30m free cash flow for this year. Maybe there is scope for a conversation with them but I guess it would be very short term and would need to be agreed upon ASAP to make it worth while.

What do others think?

I very much doubt it. They are currently at 500tpd and have enough to ramp up to 1000 tpd with expanding their own resource.
