Maybe these negotiations just take longer than we expect. I know it's a bit different, but didn't it take a year for calibre to buy b2golds mines? It is probably more complicated if calibre then want to buy us.

Ross could buy some more equinox at $8 a share. Our share price is holding well. I wonder whether we'll drop below the recent placing price.

Calibres shareprice has dropped from 2.50 cad to 1.50 cad in the past 4-6 months. They certainly need some added good news

Let's not forget where the share price was at the start of 2020. Doing a fundraise at 20 odd p for further drilling. None of us have a magic ball. I wonder whether there is a delay on getting a processing plant because there could be talks in the background with calibre/rio. Who knows? We don't but MC certainly does.

Here here El. I too look at the SP too often and do need to step back from checking several times a day. I don't need to sell anytime soon. I was debating moving house and selling 50% to cover the move but decided the housing market is a bit volatile at present as we aren't bursting out of our current home so we are staying put. I'm fairly certain our SP will be higher in the next 12-18 months and then I might consider moving then.

Land is a non-issue in mark's eyes and he has had many conversations with the government and appears in good terms with them.

Other than providing artisanal miners with jobs, what else have the owners of the land done for the villagers and local community? Have they been investing in the local community? Have they provided clean water to the villagers? Have they been investing $20,000 per month to improve the quality of life of the villagers in the local area? Will they be able to provide a safe working environment and offer hundreds if not a thousand jobs with decent pay? I think not!

I think that's the main problem Sam. We haven't been given a clear path yet. How big will the processing plant be. Are we going for 60-70k to start or straight to 120,000. Toll or no toll.

Very true WG. I always question about the delay in securing a processing plant. How long does it actually take to agree in purchasing a plant? Is it just a delay tactic waiting for someone to come in and make a decent offer?

Yes, they are listed on the tsx, think they listed around 2018, hence the stamp duty cost.
