Condor v Calibre2 Apr 2021 18:35
I know there is more to valuing a mining company than this but here is an overly simplistic comparison of profit from annual production.
Calibre aiming 180,000oz this year with average aisc of roughly $1,100. Let's say gold price is $1700 per oz, calibre will make $108m profit.
Once in production, I believe with our great grade, we should hit the top end of our target, 100,000oz in the early stages. With the same gold price at $1700 and our aisc of $690, that gives us $101m of profit.
Not bad eh?! Calibre current market cap is £300m.
This is without a toll agreement.
