I think that will only be the additional units they took on for the DHSC contract, and they need the exit costs in order to offset against the pre-production payback claim as per the contract, I don't expect them to be looking to offload the primary Alva building anytime soon, unless they are pushed to do so with a very big stick.

Ironic if ODX's incompetence means that they cant even get the placing away at 5p, because they are just so sh it at keeping anything a secret, That is unless its the fact that Mologic failed PD, or their antibody contract with the DHSC had a clause that meant it needed MHRA approval or it was worthless, or that the DHSC antigen contract wasn't worth the paper it was written on, or the fact that the directors were offloading at the peak of the market.

Tight lipped when they want to be, don't give a sh it when its only the shareholders that get screwed.

When we were told that the current market conditions were difficult and that they had decided to hold off on the placing, there was a glimmer of hope that there was something on the horizon that would mean they wouldn't need to, and they told us they had cash in the bank.

Now we find out the reality is that they have been told that if they want the cash, they are going to have to bend over and take it without any lube!, or the shareholders are going to have to.

Never have i seen a company make such a screw up of securing funds, how many times does the share price have to take the same pounding, and they haven't even secured the funds yet.

Now we know that the is worth no more than 5p for the foreseeable future, unless something dramatically changes on the horizon, and that doesn't mean a few 100K orders here and there.
