The most recent placing from GDR with a 40% discount (and approx 40% dilution) didn't get the full take up they hoped, so what chance ODX after all the sh it they have put investors through in the last 2 years.

My belief now is that they tried to get the placing away last week and reading between the "Challenging market conditions", i suspect they were shown the door without something to offer, so need some news in order to get any interest, the problem now being its that the SP continues to drift.

It's strange how they can be so tight lipped about any regulator updates, but so loose lipped when touting for cash !

Is Chris Lea looking for number 3 on his list of companies he has sold, whilst obviously shafting the shareholders.

Problem is they have pi ssed £9M against the wall hoping to be a covid company, and may now have a £2M bill for their trouble.

Whilst I do think it’s bull****, there is also the thought that, Jag has done nothing to stop the shareprice slide, is that because he has nothing in the tool belt in order to do so, so is he thinking lets get the placing away a 5p whilst they can, before the SP slides further and he is forced to place at a much lower price point.

With the current sp free fall which IIs would want in at even that level, he needs to stabilise the ship sooner rather than later or we could be in firesale territory

The problem is they did only 9 days ago, but the company is ran by such a bunch of charlatans, no one believes them.

As many have said before, and RNS from ODX is read in the mindset of what are they not saying, rather than what they are,
