@swazers : You are entitled to your view as much as the next guy, I think what most people object to is your attitude rather than the content, most investors are happy to here both sides of the argument, they just don't like the "I told you so, look how clever i am attitude"

Not really the whole truth again, EQT placed in 2021 and now issued CLN in 2022, so whilst revenue has increased we hope, just not enough to cover the current outgoing.

What just because we are uncomfortable with the companies switch to CLN financing we don't have the stomach for the stock.

Rather you mean that because we aren't blinded to some of the companies shortcomings we don't have a say !

The amount of times i have heard this as a justification of the share price drifting, They may have secured £5M to cover their salaries in the next few months, but already the SP drift means that 20% more shares will be issued when the first CLN is exercised, so lets hope the BoD do have a worry to the shareprice.

In one post you argue that the climate through 2021 was changed dramatically for the reason that delays were appropriate and beneficial, in the next you argue that research notes from early 2021 are still valid.

This i feel is the issue, and the change in approach through 2021/22, no longer are they deploying investment in revolving fashion, they are expending at a rate of knots that isn't being matched by the returns. A change of approach that puts them at risk of overreaching, Since that research note was issued they have deployed £15M and now issued CLN for at least £5M more.

They would have been better off doing a placing (we are 25% down already since the CLN issue), at least we would have taken the hit and could move on, now we have the likelihood of a monthly dilution hitting us in less than six months time hanging over the shareprice.

Problem being with the SP more than 30% down on the last placing just twelve months ago, what institutions would have backed them at a a reasonable price point.

Problem being they aren't feeding us (and its to our detriment) , we are in danger of starving whilst we wait for the promised banquet.

Revenue may have increased but so has expenditure, the question being what is the profit, why are they needing additional financing for GWC, we assume we will find out in a couple of weeks?

"We have a new CFO", perhaps that is the issue, perhaps he's a little too keen to dip into the shareholders pockets, like many AIM directors that see shareholders as a piggybank to be raided without producing the reciprocal increase in SP?

You are making an argument for not delivering at any time? should we wait for 2023, 2024, 2025, because we dont know what inflation will be or the price of energy ?

I think last week you were accused of touting "Jam tomorrow" with your posts, i think you need to take a look at your latest in that context.

Perhaps because we couldn't afford to, I think its a little unfair to start calling companies that deliver to plan "greedy", yes its fine to delay deliverables if the projection for the change is advantageous, but sometimes you need to draw the line and commit to delivering as projected on time and on budget.

Perhaps many would ask if in the current crisis, it wasn't better if we were actually producing energy for the community, rather than our only achievement being to put our sign on the gate ?

There is no "bridge" when the facility is to be used for GWC.

We will need to wait and see who turns out to be correct with regards the settlement of this facility, I really do hope that its you rather than me, Do you know of any AIM companies that have settled a CLN with cash out of interest?

Which ones were issued in a global warming and global energy price crisis to a green energy company, that was reportedly moving into profit at the end of 2021?

Thats not true, all I want is for the company to take a grip of the finances and not look like they have lost control, with the constant begging bowl to investors, I have stated before that i supported the last two placings, and the company made major steps forward between the 2020 and 2021 placings, but the SP is now 40% less than the last placing and they are still looking for more from investors, without adding anything to the SP bottom line.

With the pipeline projected when those predictions were made, there is no way the company should be issuing CLNs for general working capital more than 12 months on.

Have they a strong pipeline, yes, will they deliver eventually yes, do they currently look to have over reached absolutely.

Predictions for 6p+ by end of 2021 and we are sat at 0.8p and drifting, not sure that list adds anything to the credibility of any of the posters that made estimates. (or rather wishes) back then.

@Aandi: All those predictions were made before a placing and CLN issue, the issue with the market perception of EQT at present is that although their pipeline is tremendous, they haven't delivered and now seem to have lost control of the finance.

Anything could happen in 5 months agreed, financial close on multiple projects but equally more delays

Please stop calling it a bridging loan it isn't that unless we hear from the company that it is their intention to pay back the loan on receipt of an imminent payment, otherwise its just a sh itty old CLN agreement.

@Aandi: Whilst most appreciate your research and effort posted here, even you have to admit that this latest CLN financing is absolutely atrocious for the share price in the medium term, and with a 20% drop since it was announced so does the market.

No one actually believes the company will make any cash repayments for this financing,

I have to say this is the first time EQT have dropped the ball in the last 3 years, and we have yet to hear from the company as to what drove the desperate need to raise this cash.

With the new financial year, we would expect/hope for an influx of new investors, we haven't seen that for EQT and in my opinion it's because of this S hitty financing deal.
