Where are they is the big question, after two announcements like yesterday surely they need to get out and try and calm things down, or perhaps they are all bailing (to much higher paid jobs) and yesterday's news was just sticking two fingers up to the shareholders ?

DP and JV Liar obviously didn't like the fact the share price had recovered a little from the earlier bombshell, so have now thrown this little grenade towards the shareholders.

Is there actually anything positive to say about EQT with these idiots at the helm?

€2 - 3 million won't be enough to pay the bills/loan payments so where are they going to get cash from?

Is there anything this sh*tshow is doing that is running to plan?

They only ever seem to be costly to the poor shareholder, never the BoD that are making the decisions or their mates that are regularly given the inside nod!

Another dilution at these levels would be the nail in the coffin for any current shareholders, and would be the end of DP and gang as even Altair couldn't protect them anymore, they no doubt know that so i think we won't be seeing a straight forward raise but rather some more DP shenanigans!

As the share price disintegrates and the value of assets on the books drops off, it looks more and more like a cheapo buyout could be on the cards, that deviousness would even be beyond DP, wouldn't it?

What exactly has that financial wizard brought to this company, a dodgey relationship with Altair whose desperation to get their cash back has driven the share price through the floor.

I’m not surprised Mike has held off on any interviews, we know they are in a closed period with regards the DFC funding, and that would obviously be something they would want to update the market with in any interview they do.

Happy to wait, but the continuing slide in the share price is not only frustrating for holders but must be a concern if we need to raise cash to get the DFS completed, whilst the DFC initially looked to be a transformative agreement its now looking to be problematic in securing the cash itself.

Could be that the DFC are hanging out for exclusive rights but BRES if the interest we are led to believe is actually there wouldn’t want to sign an exclusive agreement unless it was on very attractive terms.

I suppose we wait to see what comes from what we can imagine only to be intense negotiations.

The question now is when to buy some more to maximise return!

Unfortunately not many people fully understand how long it takes these mining projects to come online, it is not unusual for projects the size of Orom Cross to take decades to get to the production stage, BRES have accelerated this process and getting anywhere near having the DFS complete , a pre-qualified product or even signed offtake agreements by the end of the year or even H1 2024 will be a tremendous achievement.

Unfortunately the market now wants a quick buck rather than a longer term investment so the Shareprice has taken a hit, for me rather than chase a few pennies I’d rather sit back and let the pounds come to me. I for one are more than confident that BRES will return more than the 6% I could get from a 12 month bond.

Legalwolf not sure BRES have ever stated a timeframe for securing the DFC grant, and indeed the last placing was undertaken expressly to prevent the continuation of the DFS work whist the DFC agreement was finalised, also worth noting the placing was basically at market rates and not the massive discount we see some AIM companies having to offer in order to secure cash in the current market, just because we hoped it would be done early doesn’t mean that there is any delay

No issue for me sitting tight (been in since April 2021) until at least April 2024, will continue to buy at under 5p when funds available.

...So basically we are waiting for, news on them completing the warrant uptake and the DFC grant being completed, both are likely therefore to arrive at the same time, just a case of waiting it out i suppose, All good things come to those that wait !

Not sure they are in a position to say much more than telling us they were is a closed period due to the ongoing discussions, and they intended to take the warrants as soon as they can. So basically we are waiting from

The market is crazy, didn’t ever expect to see sub 5p again, whilst I’ll take the opportunity to take a few more, the concern for me is that not that the DFC won’t stump up their Half but rather BRES had hopped that a large proportion of the rest of the DFS would be funded by the take up of warrants at or around 7p, if the shareprice doesn’t move they may have to look elsewhere for that cash at least in the short term

My understanding from the company is that they have done all they need to do for the DFC grant are are simply awaiting the paperwork to drop on the desk for signature, so its with the DFC rather than BRES as to where any delay has arrisen.

Another step along the road to getting the DFS completed by the end of the year and having pre-qualified off-take partners ready to go which makes the decision to mine a no-brainer.

Good news continues to flow as BRES just move slowly but surely through the process.. Will we see a massive jump in the SP today? With the current market not sure, but what it does do is start to reassure investors that as things come together then nothing will be able to keep the SP at these levels
