Nothing I say on the talking shop will have anywhere near an effect on the shareprice compared to the toxic relationship DP and Altair have brought to the party. Originally in 2020 I had a target 5-8 year investment plan with EQT looking at a target price of 5p, yes macro market factors have made a massive affect on that target, but for me DP trying to look after Altair at the expense of the other shareholders has been the primary factor as to why the companies shareprice has been catastrophicly anchored at these ludicrous levels for so long.

I don’t normally discuss details of holdings, but I will say my holding is many many times the holding of the CFO and my average is just over 0.24p, i don't have an urgent requirement for the cash but if I can get to my average I’ll be out, not because of the technology, not because of the prospects for growth but because of the self serving actions of the CEO and CFO.

I said a while ago I wasn’t going to post anymore but I couldn’t help my frustration, however this will indeed be the last time I post on the EQT board.

@Andii, page 106 of the 2022 annual results details the breakdown of the BoD enumeration packages.

DP took a total of €419K in 2022, up from €290K in 2021, do you feel his performance in 2022 warranted an uplift of 30%?

And why do you suppose that is Andii, perhaps it’s because the market no longer trusts the EQT board to deliver anything other than self interest (oh and Altair interest)

In my opinion the incestual relationship between DP and Altair and the shenanigans around the last placing and loan is what has turned the market away from EQT.

They must as soon as possible set out the current financial position, including cash flow, and the outstanding positions of both the Riverport and Altair loans, only then can shareholders trust that they won’t be shafted again.

When will they realise that nothing other than a full and clear statement regarding cash flow and financial state will halt this slide, Everyone thinks that the seller is Altair because they have been given the nod by their mate David and there is another discounted raise coming.

If he has given them the nod again he will need to go, if Altair are reducing their holding the good thing about that will be he won’t be able to hide behind them anymore.

The question now is how low are they willing to sell at?

Has to be one of two sellers, Chelverton or Altair.

Chelverton Have probably just had enough of the bull, Altair are probably making use of a friendly nod from DP again, More fees, interest and discount heading their way most likely.

Buying at 3.5p on the open market wouldn’t have helped the company’s cash position, exercising their warrants at 4p puts that cash into the company.

As I have said before the most astute investor can ride a bear market by averaging down/Dollar cost averaging. No one even Warren Buffet can protect themselves from a CEO who feeds his mates insider information so they can fill their boots at the expense of the other shareholders!

I am genuinely sorry you have lost money, but the person at fault isn’t a bunch of randoms on a share chat site, the BoD and specifically the CEO and Idiot CFO are the ones to blame.

Exactly what was your argument, you in some way tried to make Domi Ost a spin off of Carbon Sole, just because it’s sole director is the current CFO?, its just a one man band (Kieran Gaughan) consultancy company.

That’s because it is a no news RNS, no substance no value, and the market recognised it as so, no one needs to know who DP will be sharing an expensive lunch with, we need to know who is paying for it.

No such thing as a free dinner, with DP there is always an angle that ends up burning the shareholders (apart from Altair that is!)

The BoD have committed “ unconditionally” to exercise £126K of warrants at 4p so they must be reasonably confident the shareprice isn’t going below that anytime soon, just need the DFC grant to be confirmed and the bulk testing results for this to fly, Could be a few months yet to get those complete but should see a considerable rise on either of those news items dropping.
