I agree its unusual to actually go to trial normally settled before hand out of court ....however Samsung do not have a leg to stand on and have probably tried to settle but Nano having none of it and want full reimbursement ...rightly so....Texas courts notorious for handing out big settlements but I'm sure that any settlement will be challenged either way Samsung will not get off "scot free" that I am sure of.

I understand companies like GGP have no revenue ATM but this does seem willy nilly dilution may consider my position here

I am quite happy to stick my head above the parapet and declare that at this price GGP is in a bargain basement basket, they are now funded and remember its not just about HAV....and yes I believe my "strong buy" opinion is now well justified

I said yesterday that we should see a 1.5-2% rise ....how wrong I was ...regardless although nice to see big rises like yesterday the dividend is much more important to me and a 40% increase was sublime....happy days

I think we will get a rise in the SP not massive maybe between 1.5 and 2 % but that's not what I like about this share the divi is now very lucrative and sustainable at the moment a 40% increase what's not to like ? well done that lady

Most people know I have been here from almost inception and the "reverse take over" in all that time circa 10 years I have never criticised our management or CEO in fact the opposite.....however I invest to make money and ALL CEOs have to be held accountable as much as I admire FM and think the guy is very intelligent he also has to be held accountable we can not keep missing targets I know some will say there have been mitigating circumstances and yes there have but this team really do need to get there act together now.....

Cant say I am ecstatic with that.........
