So had all things been going swimmingly we could have been in for a 200m windfall for 25% of Southend Airport nearly 2x our M/C now its all on hold ....however Ive always said that the airport is the key to STOB and CV will pass but if the value of Southend is circa 800m (which I believe is probably about right) then how can we have a M/C of just over a 100m even with debt and CV,,,??????? hold on to your shares all will come out in the wash...

Although I do not think its right for the BOD to come out with an explanation as to why the SP has gone down every time we get a drop I do feel that in this instance we need some information and support from the BOD (not sure what) as the SP has dropped over 70% from its circa 50p highs and I can not and do not believe this is down to MMs or trolls.

If ever there was a time to buy............ Im not going to try and call the bottom but this is a fantastic opportunity for those that bought in on the spike....Nothing has changed in fact its got better ...much better....

BOO are a massively expanding and hugely profitable Company and will continue regardless of the CV and Oil situation, anyone buying now will be rewarded handsomely.....even if we get an Italian style lockdown (which I doubt) this would probably help the sales....

BP are going to take one hell of a hammering today, but this is the time for calm nerves.... will take time but this will come back my only concern would be the future dividend payments... the same with Shell

Regardless of what happens Aviva without doubt is cheap thats not to say it can't drop further (as we all know stocks can get cheaper) however it is almost impossible to call the bottom of any stock and if you do I suggest its "luck" so for me Aviva is a buy NOW and I will add over the next few weeks days to average out my purchase price, this will find its feet eventually those results were very very good and the divi is the cream....as for CV more homeless die on the streets around the world thats not to underestimate it but its true and your more likely to be run over by a bus than die of the CV.
