Just could not resist bought more earlier circa 4000, not sure what people expected from the results but I certainly was not expecting much....this is a huge company with a strong balance sheet with confirmed dividends .....that will do for me.

Not a fantastic RNS but pretty solid given the climate and a solid divi......

Maybe I got it wrong... I sold before results not because I was concerned about results, I was concerned about the 86 x multiple and forward guidance but it seems the market does not care... bet lets see what happens over the next few days.

@ 86 x forward earnings I see a decrease in the SP.......without forward guidance how can you give a company an 86 x multiple ? however the markets are acting very strange at the moment and BOO are a good company that will survive they have loads of cash....

As I thought the results are excellent but the forward guidance is now no longer......how will the market react with an 86 x forward earnings??????????

I think the overall results will be fine.....its the forward guidance im concerned about and the very high multiple 86 x forward earnings....?

ULVR is pretty much defensive and a see bet in this environment....well as safe as safe can be ...I repositioned some of my portfolio here at circa 4000 and feel fairly comfortable...

yes I have I'm not new to GGP been here sometime....I am fully aware of the JV this is all in my opinion....

I am not going to predict how high GGP can go, however Gold is definitely the play at the moment...I think we will be bought out probably by Newcrest and another partner, I just hope its not too soon, but if the SP continues to climb at this rate Newcrest will act sooner rather than later as they will only want to pay X for the deposit....and who knows it may well be split and GGP retain some deposits because after selling they would then have the cash to mine what's left and most of the deposits are huge....so could quite easily be a win win situation.

I am sure this will have some affect on the BP and Shell SP and I still see the double bottom of circa £2.22 but oil will still be around in decades to come regardless of renewables....the world just has too much of the stuff, and with all the institutions involved then add in Russia the Saudis and even the US I can see well over $100 a barrel within a couple of years, having said all that I believe the dividends will now be cancelled and it will be this that takes the SPs a lot lower short term.....

Watch for the double bottom 222.19 then a bounce.....

And where are we ?? circa $10 a barrel ..........oh dear they can not pay divi at these levels....not a chance.
