agree with you tradedesk.they have only mentioned selling below 50% because they don`t have the authority to go below that threshold from shareholders.if they only intended to sell a small amount they could have asked for authority to sell down to 40% for example.they don`t want to clarify how much they intend to sell as it would spook investors in pucf.i expect they will sell the max amount allowed over the next two months.
