been a lot of rns`s out this morning.everybody getting excited on shares they are in.others are hoping to do some trading on those shares with rns`s.might be a little slow on here for the first hour.expect after that will be a different story.

neil.i agree .his post was a little bit ott.i have to say though that i have seen many people already invested in a share shaken out of it by some negative posts usually when they are in a loss situation.rather unusual for someone not invested and eager to buy to be put off so easily.no offence to you but seriously suggest you spend some time doing your own research rather than relying on others.good luck to you anyway.

don`t accept that.if you have a problem with riddler that is your problem.whilst i disagree with him on this stock he has posted nothing for me to report.on other stocks he has been spot on.suggest if you want his posts reported you do it yourself.

i truthfully don`t know where this will go tomorrow.there has been a lot of interest.i can understand why some are doubtfuland don`t blame them if they choose not to invest.some people on here have posted their genuine doubts.some have had their fingers burnt elsewhere.some have an agenda to get in first thing.to be frank i don`t really care.i have made my choice and will either gain from it or lose.my money,my decision based on how i see it. .

i think you will find that somebody responded..impoossible to expand unless you spend money.receivables are bound to increase if you want to grow.as mentioned earlier big companies always want a credit line.the more they buy the bigger credit line they want.this is standard in this country,so why not elsewhere.

why is all the negative comments on here about other companies?they keep mentioning nbu and others.i can think of a few brit companies that weren`t too clean and proper.so come on guys.yes there has been a placing.the sp is now below that placing.tw got the inside info and spilled the beans.thats it.nobody has come up with anything about this company,it`s finances,it`s contracts or anything else.so either come up with something or do one.

thats why we haven`t had any direcctor pdmr holdings notices.they took part in the subscription shares therefore no change in the %age of holdings.no wonder it was moving up so fast on very little volume.who knows at this level perhaps they are buying even more.would love to see a new disclosure showing them loading up.

that the placing was 9million ordinary shares and 29 million subscription shares.the company stated that they had to fund internally.if you look at the company website and add all the shareholdings not in private hands it comes to a touch over 75% of shares not in public hands.if you add the subscription shares to the shares not in public hands it comes to just over 75%.looks to me like they bought the shares themselves and released a further 9 million shares to the market.this way they retain their 75% holding and raise some of the money through the 9 million placing.
