As such it’s tempting to trade it, but I believe trading is loss making as you get caught more often, it’s like gambling and there has never been a successful gambler lol.

Popeye62, but what have been posted was real takeover deals that have taken place,?most in phase 1 at sums from £1-5 billions. Plus IMM drug targets 50 immune diseases in TM patients c that’s over 50% of all patients in market of £100 billion, not to mention £10billion for the diagnostic. The figure of £230 million you give would be 1/2 for just one licence in such a market. Maybe you have a good reason for your figure and we would appreciate your explanation.

Wow £300k for 1 purchase, must be an institution or a pharma building stake to have a first mover advantage for a license l/takeover. If it’s HNI then they must be in the know of something huge to announce soon as no one would part with such huge some on a small cap in one go. We know Aim is rife with leaks, just notice share price movement a day it 2 before news release. As they say follow the money.

BeardedDragon, it’s a good thing the warrants holders are selling so we won’t have them depressing the sp for too long. They’ve been doing this for 6 months now otherwise we’d be well above 1p, considering the tremendous progress so far for a start up. Few more weeks and the warrants will have gone as the seller seems agressif this time selling in the 20s when previously they were doing so in the 30s, suggesting they are in a hurry.

It’s pathetic to declramp on 0.5% of shares in issues lol. It’s only 2.5 millions of 500 million shares lol, many here have over 10x that. Plus compagnies list on the stock market to raise money to grow. Plus it’s money in IMM coffers.

IMM is a like a unleashed tiger among the pharma CEOs panicking about £100 billion market being disrupted and their huge profits significantly reduced, with one hand holding their bum hahaha and the other on the phone to Tim who indicated they’re already in talk with him. As such each CEO would want to get hold of it even if to burry it miles down under as it’s still good business sense, with the added yes bonus to develop the drug themselves for fear of another pharma getting it first. Therefore there will be a fierce competition which should make the deal very juicy indeed say £3-5 billion, which is small change for £100 billion in therapy and £10 billion in diagnostic, if only not disrupt such a huge market. And no they won’t wait for the patent to be granted is concluded: time and the competition are of the essence, as so many M&A involved phase 1 only at £3/4 billion average, compared to IMM phase 3 and 20 years exclusivity.

Cravings, nothing stopping you getting back in even it means you’ll have lesser shares. Ask yourself this will you make more elsewhere? This has a must takeover by any pharma. It’s a £100 billion market that IMM will disrupt, £1 or £2 billion is peanuts in comparison and given the competition over it they wont let it reach patent granting or phase 3 result. They will want it out of the market even if they will have to burn all the R&D data lol full stop, or theirs to develop further.

1. No big pharma will leave such a disruptive potential drug in the hand of another competitor and a fierce bid will soon be unleashed because time is of the essence. This drug will eat up a big chunk of their business as it makes many of their profitable drugs redundant. Therefore irrespective of the patent or even the phase 3 result, they will seek ownership of IMM if only to keep it on lead, or even the bottom drawer will serve them well. In a market of £100 billions, paying £1 billion+ even if you don’t use it makes a business sense for the pharmaceutical companies. For them to then develop it to commercialisation, would be just a bonus, and an extremely lucrative one. So whichever you look at it, IMM will be taken over and very soon, no need to wait for the granting of the patent or phase 3 result, as otherwise you’ll be beaten the next pharma. Tim makes it clear he’s been talking several potential suitors and even corrected the Sunday Roast guy to say he is expecting a deal this quarter. And another “surprise” deal for the same period for the other IMM products. So news for either can land anytime. Having come to this conclusion, I’ve plunged in big time relative to my normal investment strategy. GLA

If you’re panicking cause of the sp falling it’s due to the bloody warrants hanging over CPAI like an albatross including those coming to the market tomorrow, but it should recover a little afterwards. In any case eventually all will be absorbed and then the share price will reflect the company true value which has made tremendous progress so far, of above 1p to start with, with more news taking it much further.

Back from a long holiday and warrants induced hibernation only to arrive with a warrants landing rns, should have lounged few days longer on the beach lol. However there can be no denying the unexpected excellent progress CPAI has made so far in such short time for a start up. Our time will come despite the bloody warrants hanging like an albatros over the small share price, but it’s a question of patience before it will fly very high indeed. I’m invested for medium to long term whichever gives me £1 first ie 1-2 years, so sp fluctuation is irrelevant for me for now.
