PSSW, I see where coming from and your post make sense in general and it the reason why cos list on the stock market. But since CPAI have said there won’t be any dilution « unless necessary » and R42 do provide funding for the 100 cos under their management, imo with Prof Nag reputation institutions and angel investors will invest in CPAI (just as is the case with R42 atm) incubating some of R42 cos, once the alliance with R42 is operational, the raison imo why CPAI rns says no dilution unless necessary ie a good proposition from some of the R42 100 cos.

Go read R42 website, they will provide the funding hence the alliance with CPAI who also said they won’t be any dilution. Who won’t back with funds Prof Nag, a highly respected Silicon Valley inventor and investor, hence over 100 AI & Biotech cos under his R42 venture. I’ve been in the stock market over 30 years but never seen a proposition such CPAI given Prof Nag involvement. Such calibre won’t waist his valuable time let alone his reputation if he didn’t have a very positive contribution to make to CPAI. Looking forward to the alliance RNS to drop anytime, and some deramper fools won’t change that.

Concur fully Panamanian…..for such an achiever to agree to an alliance with APAI they must trashed out all the ins she outs about how their respective cos would benefit mutually from such marriage made in heaven (for us PIs at least lol). The money will be coming from R42, anyone go read on this, and don’t listen to some idi.ots. Hence CPAI saying fund raising will be avoided unless necessary eg imo a good proposition from the 100 techs and bio techs cos already in R42 portfolio.

As I said yesterday the sp is walked down/suppressed to fill in big orders and the MMs will let go. The strength is solid, as opposed to hopeum, underpinned by the alliance with R42 rns to drop anytime with Prof Nag’s pedigree unmatched with any similar co anywhere in the market. I added £1000 + £4000 at .6p as I couldn’t get £5000 in 1 go.

This morning was a classic example of MMs suppressing the share price til the big orders were filled, considering the strong sentiment over the long weekend and the alliance news to drop anytime now. So those chasing other less promising AI cos will regret having sold here. They will pay a lot higher to get back their original stake. The lesson is to sit tight and be patient, we will have our 300%+ in a day soon….and more as some of the 100 cos within R42 will be incubating within CPAI as we go along.

BrianBadonbe, “realism” would suggest this opening higher. Get in and not wait to get it cheaper lol.

Profit’joke’, people have said the same thing about NCYT, ie went up to fast from 6p to 50p, only to motor to £12.50 6 months later lol. Look at at Nag’s pedigree who sold 3 of his techs invention to the 3 top smart devices tech companies in their prime: Motorola, Blackberry and Apple.

If you don’t see a good investment in Prof Nag’s pedigree, that tells me you’re loser investor. Sorry I meant “5p before news”, not 3p, was a bit rampy. 3p is certainly more than possible, we were 3.5p not long ago.

Nice rise over the last couple of days. This time it’s backed up with the excellent progress from several quarters alluded to almost 3 months ago and to be rns any time now. Pls let’s not ramp with “3p before news”, if it happens so be it. But once the news is announced we certainly won’t see 3p again ever but progressing towards 5p+. Mind I’ve seen sp multi bag on expectations alone eg ECG and GST expectations are in the top category. Lets us also hope the MMs good-cop/bad-cop gang won’t rubbish this board again 80% of the content.

…..I’m still heavily invested but not been following the bb. I’ve been put off by the chief disruptors Massy, AIM, Billy who are part of the other obvious disruptors gang, all working for the mms to generate business in these quiet U.K. stocks market times over the last few years.

Can I suggest someone set up GST chat on telegram and bar these people from joining? It would make for better reading and research. They’ve trashed this bb to 90% of rubbish postings for a very promising share- it’s a big pity!.

This shows the U.K. is open for crypto business. Which will lead to several cryoto-blockchain companies setting up shop. As such there will be a lot of M&A activities as this is a new revolutionary sector and each company would want to swallow up its peers to ward off competition. Along each of this step the sp will increase accordingly before GST either grows phenomenally or be taken out by a big financial situation. Look at how Microsoft, FaceBook, Amazon etc….grew to dominate their sector by swallowing up the competition along the way. I won’t be selling before the sp is at the very least 50p and even then only some. Such value will happen relatively fast cause of the points cited above. Those shareholders who play in and out will be left behind, as always happens. “Time, not timing, is the most successful investment strategy”. Ignore the MMs’ gang of “good cops bad cops”, they will eventually be the big losers.

Sunnysidestillup, I was invested in crypto related share where a knowledgeable shareholder working in the cybersecurity crypto sector stated whoever cracks the cybersecurity in crypto will be worth $100s billions. Not suggesting Semnet will, but goes to show what the sector is worth which will impact Semnet business and its mcap. With Americans investors valuing companies way more than Europeans, I think we are lucky to have Semnet listing on Nasdaq with hopefully its cybersecurity aspect highlighted in the IPO documentation.

Massy, I didn’t say you didn’t hold shares and I have no reason to doubt you do have a lot. But don’t you trade it too with the help of the members I mentioned and with the support of the MMs you work for like the others? 12z of people genuine investors have asked you to stop engaging the disruptors but you wouldn’t. Give one reason why you constantly engage such people, repeating the same thing 12z times daily for weeks? You’re appear to be an intelligent person, so you must have an interest in doing so. Otherwise it’s idiotic to be partaking in disrupting your own investment (albeit temporarily).
