The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Check the CV below of the PR rms hired. You don’t hire such a high calibre PR for a small co if you weren’t already striking deals with the like of Volz, NHS etc...
Since the PR is a professional co, they are not going to rush with an rns just because of some impatient investors who have no idea what investing entails.

making of the board, sorry left “old”
Torreaguas,
You reiterate your negative points again in your reply just makes my point. And the fact those points are the making of the board you try to attribute to the now board, shows you’re clearly deramping. If you’re so convince of your negative opinion, why are you still holding as you claim? Doesn’t make sense does is, unless you’re being dishonest which I suspect is the case.
Torreaguas, why a “VERY POOR START”? Rather a “a VERY POOR POST” from you. Warrants vote was only Friday? Why expect an rns a day after? Wouldn’t it be too obvious about withholding news? Give the new bod some space they are sorting TB’s mess. Can’t wait few more days? I expect news Wednesday or Friday at the latest and most are happy with that, we’ve waited 3 months.
Either you’re a novice or you’ve sold like those recommending your post and want to get in cheap.

poor from bodToday 08:44
Bod asked for and got massive unprecedented support from shareholders, the least they could have done is respond with an update for us this morning. It’s not good enough and does not bode well if the STILL have no production news, branding news, order news. VERY POOR START.
5 mins to beat the mms, come on or they will beat
Last 1/2 hour to beat the mms or they’ll beat you with a further 30/40% increase after the results. We beat TB, let’s beat the MMs the other crooks, lol
I really think TB would want to lose the warrants vote tomorrow. He knows shareholders are livid at his ill gotten gains at their expenses. He must know, through his barking dogs if not himself reading the bb , the SAG to be launched next week. If warrants are passed he knows this will make us much more angrier and we would therefore consider criminal proceedings against him to recover the money he had already ‘gained’. So it’s not in his interest for the warrants to be passed and ironically he may contribute to such outcome. After all because of our action he got pushed out and we are taking further action not to allow him to continue til June but be sacked on the spot. Do you really think he relishes being dragged to court, or have the FCA look into it. For clearly the warrants were his idea of rinse and repeat, he would rather not have to answer for that to the authorities concerned. Particularly since in the last rns the new bod clearly implicitly criticised him for that, stating there was no need for more money.
@emilly1katie, I think the sp won’t drop to 2p even if the warrants passed. For the simple reason the warrants buyers would want to see evidence from the bod (yes big boys are privy to info we PIs aren’t) that the sp will be much higher than 2p, otherwise they won’t be interested, so a win win either way. And there is plenty news in the pipeline starting from next week hopefully, irrespective of what happens to the warrants tomorrow. Further the warrants have a life of only 3 months to be taken, which goes to show the bod were confident the sp would be much higher than 2p because of the anticipated newSSSS. If the warrants vote is passed, the mms might use that to bring the price down but certainly not to 2p the warrants price. Even then I’d would be just a blip and the sp will be taken up much higher within a day or 2. Since you were invested in Ncyt, if you recall because of the warrant the sp crashed to 55p from over £1, yet within 2 days it went up much higher than £1 if you recall if you were invested then, think February-March. As I said at the time, look further ahead and ignore the warrants issue or sp fluctuation and as it happened nyct went up from £1 to £12.50, lol. Remember why you invested in rms, some people on the bb have their own agenda calling for the sp to fall to 2p. All imo, dyor and good luck.

Impact of Warrants
Today 17:01
I still don't understand why the warrants being passed will take us all the way back to 2p? I understand the impact of dilution, but why would it drag the whole SP back to circa 2p?
Anyone help me here please as I have 7m shares at an average of 3.2p.
Thanks in advance
sexykiwi59, is that the filter image of the mask you posted lol?Very “sexy” too, indeed, lol. We well deserve a laugh after the bloody draining warrants issue, lol.

So you are “a chartered accountant with 35 years experience, running manufacturing business, and an investment fund” all in one. In other words a millionaire and yet you continuously dishonestly deramp/ramp to make few £ out of unsuspecting weak holders who may have invested not more than £100 (look at some trades). I’m very impressed and wonder what you’re doing to your clients with their £100,000s!!! Please leave your professional details on here. I’m sure 99% of readers would be interested to cross you off their list.
You won’t even be employed by TB as one of his barking dogs cause it’s over for him in few days. Just ask yoyoy, yune who have been handed their last cheque of £30 each.

I’m a chartered accountant with 35 years experience in investing and running manufacturing businesses alongside having an investment fund. What do you do?
Truthfactory, What do you think Alex, CEO of Fortoak with 25 business experience has been doing over the last 3 months? Fortoak sell ppe equipments including to the nhs. Who do you think pre-sold the 1/4 of 5 millions to the nhs dr Cave mentioned in October? Go on have a guess. Incidentally haven’t you been ramping and deramping rms continuously depending on your trading? Pathetic!

RE: Commissioning RNS tomorrowToday 08:07
Basically mate they have no sales, no contracts and no distribution channels.I hope for your sake that the next RNS covers these points alongside a machine that is operational
Gareth3672, I do think the answer to Q3 was a dig at TB (since he engineered the money raise) as a warning for him not to play hard , cause as we know he continues to have influence. He can be disruptive and the new bod are aware the majority of shareholders are livid re TB. So that 3 A/Q is to beat him down. The new bod can’t be critical of themselves cause they were not responsible for this debacle. That’s how I read it anyway.
‘I mean seriously item 3 ... question “what the 5 million for”? Answer “we will tell you later”... ffs
Share holders treated like idiots.’
Great news!! The fact that the new bod says no need for more money shows in no uncertain terms the placing and proposed warrants were for TB & PR sheer personal gains, which is criminal, deliberately inducing losses to shareholders when they are employed to protect and increase shareholders’ investment value, completely the opposite. Gives me confidence in the new bod and vindicated with our action against the old bod.
It really is a dig at TB & PR and a clear message to us shareholders the new bod is aligned with us, as it should be.
Shadyboy1, why sell from Friday? That’s when the fun start and for weeks if not months. Plenty of developments and accompanying rnsSSSSSSS for months. Haven’t learnt your lessons from ncyt? I predicted the £10 when it was £1. So I expect relatively similar developments in relative terms here.
Is it the machine successful commissioning or yune’ a**e leaking? Did she say she was shorting rms? Yes she wore a man’s short with the front opening on her back and I can see she is indeed leaking, lol. No car boot sale open to buy her Hermes bag, too lol
Or is it yune a**e leaking, or maybe her car boot sale bag leaking

There are roughly 4,000 variants of Covid-19 around the world, according to the UK vaccines minister, who said the British government was storing the mutations so it was better prepared to update vaccines as needed.
Nadhim Zahawi told Sky News there was a “library” of coronavirus mutations being stored to make sure the UK could respond appropriately.
Concerning variants have been identified in California, South Africa and Brazil, as well as the UK. Zahawi said: “There are about 4,000 variants around the world of Covid now.
“We have the largest genome sequencing industry – we have about 50% of the world’s genome sequencing industry – and we are keeping a library of all the variants so that we are ready to be able to respond, whether in the autumn or beyond, to any challenge the virus may present, and produce the next vaccine so we can always protect the United Kingdom and of course the rest of the world as well.”
If calls are made for the Bank of England Governor to be punished including paying back his bonuses when at LCF, why TB is allowed to keep his ill gotten proceeds from RMS?
Incidentally given the bad publicity on the FCA, it may be an opportunity to make a complaint to them about TB. They would only be to keen to show they’ve reformed and are now truly doing their job in protecting investors.
