I know GST isn’t on Aim, hence why I think the BoD of GST are a serious bunch, not most Aim cowboys. Have missed my last paragraph why I’m upbeat on GST? I said 90%, therefore 10% succeed so even if GST was Aim given my sentiment about it I surely don’t GST among the failings companies.

Waynesmith, the BoD just updated with the market with the interims and Bake acquisition, both exceptional RNS’. They have a calendar based on the rules of the LSE (not this website) to issue updates, not because your bum is itchy that they have to do so.

Here is a trick to post to such disruptors/traders: if you need to reply to them, do it about GST with researched based posts only, not personal ones. Those scaremongering saying the sp to fall cause of retail shares coming to market today, are wrong imo. The MMs may try to scare people into selling knowing all the impending announcements in the next few days and weeks. But they will then take tyexsp up and we should end blue today. Beat the MMs at their game, don’t sell. After all retail investors got the placement shares cause they believed in GST share price to rise substantially, so why sell some in the 2p, doesn’t make investment sense really.

I’ve written relatively few times about trading being loss making despite some of the loosers pretending otherwise. Trading basically involves timing. As the old city adage says “no one can time the market” and “time, not timing, in the market makes for successful investing”. I mentioned both these quotes in my post this morning well before the sp was in the blue. Therefore today’s sp increase of 10% is the concrete evidence of these 2 quotes: Tomorrow the retail shares will come onto the market. One bets a lot of people refrained from buying today or before believing the sp would fall tomorrow as result of the retail shares entering the market, just as it did with those of the non-retail shares. And so lost 10% of today’s increase; this is a fact irrespective of what the sp will do tomorrow and even if it falls it won’t wipe out today’s gains- not always the sp falls after a placing and sometimes it actually increases. To make it easier to see that time in the market is profitable, less stressful and most certainly with a lot less risk, is to foresee based on dyor where will the sp be after a certain point in time eg 6-12 months. This way you aren’t bothered with sp fluctuation (no stress, no fear) and you don’t get into the habit of trying “to time it” (trading) and end up getting it wrong most time (loss-making), A FACT (not the bullsh*tters lies) which would be very costly. Let’s hope for a blue day tomorrow and a deal closing/acquisition rns on Friday.

Steve, it’s understandable the traders such Simon and Kat drag this chat to the gutters as you say. But to have so called lths, who otherwise post excellent intelligent researched posts, constantly engaging them and clogging the bb in the process at this juncture when a lot progress is being made and with more than 1 excellent announcements about to be released anytime now, is a mystery for me. Unless these ‘holders’ are themselves traders, or having a trading pot …..or possibly just attention seekers. It’s a well known traders’ strategy to rubbish the chat to drag the price down to get in cheaper and then sell as the sp goes up….notwithstanding that trading is loss making, as the old city adage say “No one can time the market.” A message to newbies, don’t fall for the claim of Bullsh*tters claiming successful trading. Trading is gambling and as we know there has never been 1 successful gambler throughout history. “Time, no timing in the market makes successful investment.”

I more than concur that a deal is being closed hence the placing. Tone Goh makes reference to time 3 times: “into late night”…”at short notice”…..”whenever time is of the essence”. Add “geniuses” who “worked magically”, and the whole suggests ‘urgency’, ‘excitement’ and ‘immediacy’. nowadays any company that fart “ai” in its rns its sp rises 500+% on the day (only to fall drastically few hours later). while this is tempting in wanting to partake in such huge instant riches, notwithstanding the huge risk for many as greed is an uncontrollable force, nothing beats fundamentals when investing. gst is a real company with real products and services offerings delivering now and building to deliver more in a fiat-crypto-blockchain sector worth 100s of $trillions yes trillions in a global financial revolution about to garner speed this year with trump presidency, a financial seismic **** of almost every assets including all sort of of property with tokenisation and defi. gst revenues growth totalling 9x at this still nascent stage point to real 500+% sp rise, not in a day but over time and backed by fundamentals, unlike the hopeium stocks that goes up in smoke almost immediately by end of close of trading, taking down greedy fool investors with them. i know which company will make me real 500% wealth with minimal risk and won’t let greed, an investment losing impulse, make me chase the “ai” fart over the cliff.

Talking of GST sp reaching £1, the BOD have purchased at 2p and stated they expect to make 100x their money. That’s already £2. I’m sure they were conservative as any responsible BOD should be. And so far they have been putting the building blocks to realise their vision for GST beyond our expectations eg Bake, Semnet listing in the US being the best developments so far. Tictok CEO is Singaporean, Singapore has overtaken Hong Kong as the no1 Crypto hub in Asia. H1 should be very interesting sp wise. The reaction to the placing sp wise is a market anomaly which should correct itself in the very near future. If placing is done for grown/expansion/acquisition the sp normally goes up. But given the tight market we are in offering a huge discount is the only way to raise money; others and good companies are offering up to 70% discount. Therefore the sp today should be 2.5p not 2p without any expected developments which should take it back up well above 3.5p, correcting the anomaly I speak of.

Swervington, therefore an opportunity for the likes of GST to offer better customers service experience and take market share from Wise worth $billions.

We all look forward to Christmas and Summer sales. So why are people complaining of GST shares discount lol. My 2000 top up is already in profit by £230 lol. And more to come. The placing could be to pay Easysend for acquisition, or bonfirepay,. There is also Semnet any time now, next in 6 days Trump inauguration. A lot of developments within a very short time which will take the sp well above 3p. Most the 100m placing will have been churned within few days if not already eg last Friday forward sold hence the unexpected fall in the sp, and today too. How many people wished they could buy below 3p only few days ago? A placing is blessing in disguises particularly for stocks such as GST, as we growing big with Bake and acquisitions anytime soon.

Smart investors will not miss this opportunity to purchase or top up. I just did, 100856 at 1.99p.

Why are some lths complaining lol? 1.9p is a very price in this tight market. Raising money in the U.K. has been a nightmare hence records number of cos delisting. Polx did 73% discount, GDR 50%+ I think. GST is less than 1/3, which is excellent relatively speaking. Plus holder will take part. All very good in my view

i’m baffled why are people shocked about the placing. companies list on the market to raise money, nothing else. depending on how the money is used is what matters and affect the direction of the share price.

it’s only £2m to integrate fully bake once worth over $400m yes $four hundred millions that returned $200 millions to its investors. let this sink in!!??

plus the rns say it’s also for further acquisition which they had stated in the last rbs on bake acquisition. so it’s for growing the company further. it’s a master stroke to acquire cos cheaply now before the crypto-blockchain sector grows exponentially following trump putting in place his crypto strategy. imagine acquiring bake 2 years ago when it was worth $400m.

as to sp reaction it will fall a little but then recover strongly as the above is digested. and those missing out/or wanting topping up before here is the opportunity for them. it’s an excellent news, the next few weeks will show. oh and don’t forget semnet update anytime now- have they rehe****d the ‘bad’ news to be followed by the good one? don’t get caught out.
