Irrespective of whether Richard receives his warrants, it looks to me the warrants sell should be finished by Wednesday at the latest if there is a reasonable volume the first 2 days. This is because they started selling bing chunks on Friday starting with £25k and to gradually reduce by close at £10k and they weren’t prepared to sell below .48p unlike in the previous session which indicate they may not have much left as they seemed to want to maximise their profit. This will start the sp on its trajectory to hit 1p and beyond relatively quickly and without much effort given CPAI solid fundamentals and the strong belief in Dr Nag.

When I cited the quote of the Secretary of Science & Technology “new medicines enabling us to live longer”, I didn’t mean to start a discussion on longevity lol, but was alluding the longevity company/anti-ageing vaccine of Dr Nag’s R42 cos. Therefore there is potential there for the alliance to tap into the government funding or collaborate, do deals with those cos will eventually do. Dr Nag’s view of ageing is that it is a sum of various illnesses and that to slow ageing to then eliminate it is to start curing some of these diseases. One of his company (can’t recall the name) announced they’d made progress identifying 17 types of cancer using AI, so it’s a start I suppose both for our health and our wealth investing in CPAI. But it would seem, with with AI you can hit more than 2 birds and certainly CPAI has 100 birds to target in the form of 42 cos.

Still, very interesting discussion on longevity and if I may add my contribution, according to some historical records some millions years ago people lived up to 1000 years- I wonder if Dr Nag got his idea of longevity from such history as he did with the name R42 from the science fiction series as he stated.

Muck165, I concur fully with what you say and I said similar thing before. From his pronouncements and when comparing the internet revolution to AI’s, Dr Nag said the big money to be made is from AI apps, adding he was aiming to very complex deep tech AI tools to keep competitors well away. I see the Alliance developing such IP apps in various sectors, first licence them, and for the right price sell them off to the highest bidder. Take the Author42 app, sell the licence to the academic and scientific community, writers, and the wider publishing industry. We are talking £10s million before selling off for £1+billion. The global book publishing market was valued at $147.4 billion in 2023, according to IBISWorld. It is projected to reach $156.57 billion in 2025 and $192.12 billion by 2030. Amazon with just under $2 trillions mcap, bidding for the app for £1/2 billion will be peanuts, considering the huge market. Amazon already publish on its website authors’ work eg proses, poems etc… with people pay per read or item. So the potentiel is there for Amazon to be interested and Dr Nag has said he would make the app too complex for the competition to remain well behind. And this is just one IP app, there will be few as you say, for the wider media, gaming, pharma etc…

JohnWick1, I’d say those are buys soaking up the warrants, not sells to fill a large order as the warrants still left would do that, otherwise the sp wouldn’t be this subdued any longer. Still it’s good as warrants are deceasing and finished by next Friday at the latest imo.

CAPRO, the MMs keep the surplus and that again enables them to manipulate the sp as they see fit to satisfy their greed. For example the market maker peel hunt even participate a company placing lol, taking sometimes 10s millions.

But one think they can’t do and it’s not their business anyway is not reflect the value of the company in terms of the share price; that’s reflected by the progress (or lack of) of the company. For example at this price CPAI if it needs to go up to 20p, £1 etc….MMs can’t stop that and it’s not their business to do so anyway, that’s determined by the market. And CPAI has that market with Dr Nag at the helm with 100 cos and more AI ideas to nurture in collaboration with CPAI.

CARPO, No the MMs can’t and don’t manipulate the shares permanently; they’ll be committing hara-kiri. And they don’t stop the sp in its trajectory up or down, which is driven by supply and demand. Their manipulation of the sp happens sporadically when they get too greedy, usually when there is very good or bad news, hence the spike in the share price. Or as in our case atm the 400 millions warrants overhang, which by now should be 100 millions. Notice 2 days ago (noticed Islandgirl??) there was nothing to buy despite the huge number of warrants to sell, this is because they were walking the sp up to 15% eventually and so they weren’t allowing people to buy at the bottom. Then hours later nothing to sell, likewise not allowing sells til they brought the sp down to 5%. In either case they made a killing while depriving investors to benefit from buying low or selling high, when the MMs are supposed to make their money from the margin of buys & sells, irrespective of the price trajectory.

So don’t worry they won’t be keeping the sp at this level once the warrants are churned out, by next week hopefully, as it looks like about 300 millions have already been sold.

Tiger promoting Blu shares on here yesterday dealt a big blow today with a placing of 48% discount. A promising company would not offer such a huge discount, if you’re reading Tiger. So far if ever no comparable company beat the prospect of CPAI anywhere in the stock market. We have potentially 100 top notch AI cos to draw from and to incubate, not to mention to create and then sell off, not invest in a third party co as Blu does.

Great find Crownos! since it’s an investment conference and related to medicine, let’s hope he mentions the alliance. It will be great coup for CPAI marketing it to the Yankees. It doesn’t answer the question why MMs go after stop loss by distorting the share price temporarily if they are legally supposed to make their money only from the margin of buys and sells.
