It appears GOA has been won with next to no backwork at all. Time will tell if they have the personnel or experience to get anywhere near turning a profit on this one.

Be nice to see someone start making a profit from this money pit. We won't know if CC can for another 16 months, bigger contracts deliver bigger losses . The next excuse is already building. 4p by Christmas is my guess, with more dilution very soon.

The Chairman of India part was left out of the RNS, any idea why? And it wasn't yet another simple RNS mistake by CC.

Over many years this company have literally churned their Leadership team way more than any other I have seen. Staff turnover at this level has been huge, for a business this size, that fact has been denied more than once by JC. Hopefully now a new trust can be formed, and the business moves forward as one.

That's all I am saying on this.

Digismart is coming to solve the UK rollout. Do yourself a favour and talk to people in the trade, you will learn what you really need to know.

So the TU last year, that assured everything was going so well, has been derailed because of local elections. There's probably well trained Chimps in that part of the world who knew the election timing. Sadly, it's all come as a bit of a surprise to JC & HP. All the Non Exec really need to grow a pair, and get some talent in before this is too late.

Goa clearly didn't do their homework before letting this shower loose with their entire contract. CC simply do not have the right calibre of people to even run the company, let alone a complete end to end contract.

I'm sure LTI/JC will have some words of wisdom soon though.

Of course, forgot to include that as a possible reason for another financial car crash year. Not to worry though, it's all in place for the turnaround next year. Never the companys fault, remember that.

If they miss the market expectation, you will probably be overpaying at 4p. Remember FY24/25 was going to be the year CC actually land in Nett profit. If they don't manage that now, they probably never will.

When a business wins a single contract, over twice the size of it's current market value, even you should admit that there is a company issue way deeper than simple market reaction. JC is not trusted, he has never delivered anywhere apart from the giant fees he pulls from CC on a yearly basis. I could say far more, but it upsets you and too many others.
