was mentioned today in the interview. I have asked, without success, for an indication of the revenue figure from this contract for the 9 months ended 31st December 2021. The reason it won't be forwarded to me, is because it hasn't been disclosed publicly. All good and proper procedure.
My response is why, given this is CC's largest contract, have the company withheld such information to shareholders and potential investors. Whilst I await a response, and it may be sometime or never, confirmed is revenue from this largest contract added ZERO to the revenues to 31st March 2021.
Again, 25-30% expected is looking 1-2% if lucky.

The fact this was not expanded, or questioned, by the CC scripted interviewer is absolutely laughable.
JC's previous estimates, for the last 8 years, has always put CC involvement in Indian market at circa 25-30% . He now starts at 7.5% . This company have no idea regards the % uptake in the Indian or UK market. Simples.
I'm sticking with Small, Bespoke, Niche - 1-2% MAX. I've seen nothing from CC to suggest anything else.

If they had to go through all that there would be next to no Smarts anywhere. If you have a dangerous boiler, the meter is the least of your problems. Just because it's old means nothing.

You are completely over thinking this tonyj. The engineer will assess a boiler, maybe even advise on it's efficiency, but that's it. There is no pre install survey, it's a meter, that's all. The engineer will fit it, and get it talking pretty much wherever they go. CC tech is not being used, this from a good number of people at the coal face. Best case would be ask CC how much the UK contract has generated in the last 9 months. It is by far their largest contract, according to them anyway, and they have refused to mention it for years. They like questions from you, see how you get on!

Hi jake, I can give you what I know. Install engineers have been working across UK and the unit count is possibly as high as 30 million right now. I have been talking to a good number of them, and the same conclusion is made by all when asked. They all go to every location you can think of, I have yet to find one that cannot get the meter talking. They use aerial unit if needed, and then on very rare occasion will need a boost unit attached. All very standard. The subject for additional Comms being needed is virtually non existent. These engineers work in Southern England, and know the techware they have at their disposal. Many estimate less than 1% will need more firepower, many say they cannot see them using additional tech ever! Connode have 500,000 unit rights for this contract, I doubt they will move anywhere near this number. CC will happily ignore, as they do with Bangladesh and Iran. For a World leading Comms Co, they are very poor at Comms, and the market knows it.

You are missing the point. There should be far more information released in these reports, as JC promised a few years ago, remember that? Instead we will get snippets hidden in corridors of text at year end, UK contract units still with Connode, a prime example. Anyways, we should know from today the Co are not trading in profit, and the UK rollout will need almost no CC units. India have given 'Not Spot' regions the green light to go with a standard meter, and the volume arena is being covered with in house solutions. EESL state they have well over 2 million installs now, and that is growing fast. I just hope CC can make enough money being small, niche and bespoke.

I prefer to work with proven facts rather than analysts prospects tonyj. Yet again, CC choose to ignore the basics. They could give brief detail on UK, there is good reason they haven't. They could indicate the geographic region spread on the units delivered over the 9 months. Hell, they could go right out there and confirm if the company are at last solvent trading! Very basic information, as ever beyond the scope of the board.

They missed a good opportunity to release a Trading Update there.

Let's get it over one more time. IF CC are going in to correct millions+ Smart meters for Intellismart, is a statement of FACT, the company would have HAD TO RNS. It would be price sensitive information. Try to retain this for more than a day or Two so it doesn't need repeating again for a while.
