Get a Trading Statement out, this side of Christmas, and put something tangible up that will interest the market ( keep it factual ) In such a supposed fast pace sector, potential investors are dying of boredom.

If the structure is as this, it should have been reported 4m or 2 years, whichever comes first. The market has enough doubt about this companies reporting ability as is proven, I don't think this latest example helps. In theory, the contract is worthless, or worth a whole lot more than 4m.

Morning LTI, they have included two parameters that cannot both be factual. Totalling 4m USD is one, and 2 years the other. If there are limits on production, 2 years is incorrect. If 4m US is the contract value, then there can be no limits on production if 2 years is correct.

Not looking to Goad JC, but I guarantee they will release no further information on the structure. I've said my thoughts, it's 4m USD ceiling, unlimited production for 2 years used inside China. Possibly exclusive, why wouldn't they insist in their position. Still cannot find this Co. trading outside of China, which is where the value would come in. It looks way cheap to me, but let's see if they can manage to put some facts behind the deal.

My opinion is, Tabs is new in and doesn't have a clue what CC actually do or how they report, just desperate to make some money somewhere (checking previous JC 'great news' stories is a good start )
As far as this deal goes, I think it's 2 years unlimited production and ,hopefully inside China only. All CC tech is accessible and 4m US is the cost - regardless of take up. As said, I cannot see what this company does outside China, and the tech will be old hat in 2 years anyway. Could be a good 4 million dollar deal, or could be an absolute give away. My opinion is he's sold out way cheap to possibly the biggest market in the world.

Now the excitement has worn a little, we need far more detail on this. Looking as it stands, JC has signed over the deal, covering THE WHOLE of China, for 4 million USD. That appears to be the Maxim, dependant on how many units they produce, and also looks like agreement inside of China only, good luck with that one.

So the two big questions are, has he signed away the entire tech in unlimited numbers for two years, or is there a cap?
Also, as we have had the chance, and the big Carrot is clearly the hook in this, what trade does this company currently cover outside of China?

My guess is very little, but I cannot find too much on this Co. anyway. My thoughts, it's a quick Buck, probably 4 million US guaranteed over 2 years, and the unit number is endless, as CC haven't given one. Given the cost of development, Christmas has come early in Beijing.

If anyone can produce answers otherwise, I would be most interested.

LTI, I have always got it, everyone gets it. What you and some others struggle with, is through all the reports, links and hot air, volume RF orders are not being placed. By CC's own business model, 10 million units appear to be where the plan becomes viable. I have asked before, but there is never a response, how many do you think CC have whirring away right now? I have a number in mind.

Hi LTI, I do get all that, BUT, the volume rollout is GPRS, there is no getting away from it. Massive numbers are being installed and that volume eats at CC's market daily. Cyanconnode will be a small niche supplier, their costs need to reflect that as soon as possible.
