According to JC 90% of India live rural, supposedly CC's sweet spot. India Gov. want to forward the plan to rollout smart pre paid to these massive areas. The population here, 90% of 1.4 Billion, don't have money and currently don't pay for power if they have access to it anyway. 10% of the population live urban, the rollout has started using free GPRS comms this is the low hanging target income needed. The drive to cover the rural areas will probably never even start imo. India need to generate huge income as cheaply and quickly as possible. Currently just 1% pay tax on their earnings, cheap place to start. Smart India will probably happen, but rural will never be a part of it. Why, how, give alot with no return when you cannot afford to in the first place. JC has called this market so so wrong.

Yep, you got it - order confirmed from MAY 2018. We know the total income H1 2019 was pathetic, and H2 has been royaly holed because latest 'orders' never landed. So, big question, where is the income from this? Don't say it's been held back because of the election.

Information on Mysore is 2 dates, should take about 15 seconds. Indore is 100,000, with no apparent income. EESL are still GPRS, nothing has changed. They also are involved in almost every other aspect of Smart in India, remember lighting? It was going to be JC's next big thing? It's happening, has been for years, probably close to finishing, where are JC's words of wisdom now that opportunity has passed. He is a constant in all of this, one that should have been sidelined many years ago. CC went to a paid for meeting, that is not being associated, or partnered, it's an event they could say they were at, that's all.
