when a company cannot sell product, the reasons are divided.
Either the product is not what the target market needs, or the company has a lack of personnel to deliver required sales levels for the business needs.
In this case, I think CC suffer from both.

You are now saying there are no timescales given to India, Bangladesh, Ghana and Germany....... technically correct as JC hardly ever mentions anything outside of India. Apart from Thailand, that is going to be CC's next India apparently, he sees this as a good thing!

9/02/2017 - The $5.4 million purchase order is for the supply of CyanConnode's Advanced Metering Infrastructure solution for a 150,000 unit smart metering deployment. The energy management system company, based in Eastern Europe, will integrate CyanConnode's hardware with its smart meters and shipment to their production facility will take place over the next 12-18 months.

15/08/2017 - This new order more than doubles the accumulated orders from the customer to date to $19 million, with the initial order already having been extended from $5 to $9 million in June 2017. This latest extension for CyanConnode's Advanced Metering Infrastructure ("AMI") solution is for an additional 300,000 units, bringing the total order size to date to 550,000 units.

And the reason given was the order hasn't been cancelled, they just stopped talking. 4 years of denial is beyond a joke.

Oh dear. He did nothing of the sort, and you very well know it. CC's biggest contract cancelled, and the lack of interest from their strongest online presence, and company itself, is so telling.

I will add that I hope the company will only release relevant news through RNS. If they are planning using other Media sources, perhaps you can ask them to confirm which ones we need to be aware of?

When a company can state ' The award of these contracts continues to take longer than anticipated, and while they are still expected to be secured in the coming weeks' and then say NOTHING FOR EIGHTEEN MONTHS... I'd say investors should be critical.

I always find it most amusing that none of the blind rampers can challenge the fact that promised orders seldom land. It's never discussed here, and I am certain the company never get the question. All very strange, but gives the very reason why the SP is where it is and probably over valued at that.
