Zeus have clearly never heard of EDF.
LTI, perhaps best you read the question again. It's not just naming the competition, it's asking a very different enquiry.
'Can anyone identify a competitor who has won awards in India in the current rollout and taken business away from CC so far?'
Must admit Vas, I have been digging on this, balance is everything, and so far the answer is nope. Massive traders still circle, but right now they seem to be outplayed by a CC offer at every turn. No question it looks good so far, but real volume has still not arrived, and the multi nationals will have some big guns to pull when it ever does. CC need to prove to the market, or more importantly, to their customer base, that they can compete and make money on their prospective aspirations. If they cannot do this, they will be viewed as busy fools, and that always ends one way.
Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd’s step-down wholly owned subsidiary has received a letter of award (LOA) of Rs. 2,247.37 crore (net of taxes) for appointment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Providers (AMISPs) including design of Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system with supply, installation and commissioning with FMS of 24.18 Lakh Smart Prepaid Meters, system meters including OT Meters with corresponding energy accounting under DBFOOT model (HYBRID Model, CAPEX Plus OPEX).
Looks like JC and HP flew to India just to cut a Ribbon in a serviced office block.
Exactly jake. Even an offer 100% over current SP would be daft, but IF it came the BoD would likely recommend it to holders. Enough would accept, and the ageing BoD would be delighted at a 35p exit.
There you go tonyj, I just talked up the share, buy buy buy!!
Happy BIG Birthday tonyj. Not sure when, but have a good one.
MM's can look at what they want. If no one wants stock, what is your point?
Why investors continue to ignore CC forging their way in the market. It is evident in every financial update. Beachead is the new buzzword, lord only knows what that means. Sadly, they have no idea how many intalls will take the company to a Blue trading line, and the market will seldom respond without that vision.
They clearly have issues convincing the industry they will be around in 10 years to see out any contract, their words, but at least they addressed it.
The only other information of note was HP confirming they will need to dilute the hell out of it if real volume orders start to land. The tricky questions got filtered, who'd have guessed.
Really??
Questions they have filed for the fun day tomorrow? Be interesting to see what you want answers on, and if CC entertain anything outside what is already known.
If you hadn't flagged it ITT they'd have never noticed.
Attention to detail yet again is primary school.
So, you've been saying for the last 6 months how CC are running in profit?
Exactly the kind of question, that won't get past the filters, for the Q&A .
Open abuse of funds ITT.
It's hard to believe the rest of the board just sit and watch dumb and dumber crash on year after year.
Mixed bag lol.
I'd suggest clueless.
Don't waste any questions with this lot, they will be more than economical in their squirming.
The only significant news will be confirmation of how low the margin is outside of Indian trade.
DYOR and fact check that CC lead the way with 10km. You've been told, more than once by a couple of posters here, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.
