They've pulled it down on a relatively low volume day. Hopefully chart maintains it's integrity and we don't push too much further down

FTSE 250 up today and wider market much better so bit disappointing to be red. Hopefully back to flat or blue by end of the day

39p was yesterday low. As long as we stay above we're doing OK

Price action looked disappointing from mid morning but didn't expect to pullback quite so far.This is 40p obsession is quite annoying isn't it

SP drops 40% to 25p. Few days 23-27p etc then move back to 30s

Review complete next few weeks without material impact and it moves to 60s anyway.

Im just holding for now unless something changes dramatically

Hopefully with a more positive day on the markets after today blood-y day we might be able to push on.

Held up very well considering, so pleased with that.

Daily fluctuations don't matter too much, hoping for a sooner resolution rather than later. I feel they should be near to announcing next couple of days hopefully as their very first statement specifically made clear they want to move quickly.

I don't think they have the appetite for protracted negotiations and I don't think Ken has the buffer zone to be able to push his wishes too hard. I'd think after his failures and overseeing an awful price crash he's at the mercy of the Institutions now. If they want the deal it'll happen.

JO mentioned they is high level of engagement between company and holders so let's see where the chips land.

Just hope Sidara are feeling generous in the Ramadan spirit and will make a fair offer to quickly tie up the deal before a second party get involved. And before key staff begin to look elsewhere which they will if they feel Wood have an uncertain future.

Sorry this scenario doesn't make sense to me. That's pretty much the only material 'risk' to the business as it stands. We have been told the review won't make much of a dent.

So if financing is sorted then no need for any offeror and certainly no discounts. You're back to near the previous offer price.

Also I'm more inclined towards Sidara prefer to take before finance in place and apply the necessary' discount ' to reflect that' risk'.

They'll then easily refinance with Arab bank at better rates. There's plenty billions washing around looking for a good home over there
