Without even an offer potentially coming I'd have expected this to build to at least 50p within a few weeks of the disastrous drop to 21.5p

Still expect it to get there regardless in the next couple of weeks. Only a walk-away from Sidara would have a short term impact otherwise we are far below where we should be even now

Any time we could have completion of review RNS. With no material impact on cash etc this would immediately rise 50-100% imo based on this alone.

You're talking 150p+ based on these 2 bits of news easily within a few months imo.

Throw in some 100-200m contract announcements along the way and this quickly recovers from these silly levels

Really, so they would have been having refinancing discussions before releasing their trading update - clearly not important to lenders - financials who cares, right? Equally, never heard of the Deloitte review, but the outcome why would the lenders care? Just refinance the company, afterall its such a large company (pipeline, EBITDA, etc.), nothing can ever go wrong. LOL

Eg go looking for a 60k buy it's happened a while back or turn blue but it's actually red again etc.

Why would I be believing I'm doing well. I have an under 23p average..

Yesterday we had a 13%+ rise. Today we've naturally had a few % pullback as no news landed. That's OK. We've also got a red wider market overall so a red day expected

I'm happy enough as long as it doesn't go silly like 10% down.

Why would they close now? Because as each day passes so talks progress. The longer Sidara remain at the table the more progress is being made and the more serious they look. If they were miles apart it would have become obvious by now but they're still talking which means whatever remains ahead are things that can be overcome

I also believe shorts are working to keep the price down on behalf of Sidara so I don't feel their number is reflective of their view as to whether a bid will be successful

In fact based on that the more shorts the more it looks like SP is under a lot of buying pressure and shorts are working overtime to hold it.

Let's see what may come in the next few days and weeks
