We've known this all along.

Basically if MTMY don't buy the final 10% of TI , then Rainmaker (who own the 10%) , can buy the 90% of TI off us.

But they will pay just 60% of what we have paid so far.

Think at last count that was c.$30-50m - don't have the numbers to hand.

Elsewhere so hopefully market starts to take up early positions here.

I'm of the opinion that they're finalising the smaller details and have broadly agreed the presentation. They had that meeting on Thursday and looks like BHs have agreed to add more money.

Also, should be no placing or raising for us as they've also agreed to grant Rainmaker shares for the remaining 3.5m dollars. Same dilution I suppose but probably saves on placing fees etc
