If opportunity to buy around 5.5p arises will take a few more. Average down a little as recent top ups have averaged up over 6p for me. They've got 10m. Need to negotiate the 3.5 Pretty sure they won't risk losing TI over that and company will do all it can to protect the jobs of over 200 people etc

Probably in a better position than we thought we were for the last few weeks. We now know that they've accepted the entire presentation except 1 feature. That's progress. If they can negotiate the deal with Rainmaker or the major shareholders then we're quids in and this will do its thing. Best part is we don't have to wait a long time

Could be a few reacted quickly without reading properly, or the MM's dropped bid to spook (I'm sure they're as crafty over there as here ;) May happen here in the morning too but not too concerned. Pamela again confirmed that news released today on TASE was from trustee themselves and MTMY did not release that news. As MTMY are releasing the news to us tomorrow hopefully it's a plain English RNS!

I assume Ilan responded, he's good on twitter :) Sounds plausible as posted below by Spike et al, no to 18m but yes to the other option with some amendments. Amendment being that 13m is raised instead of 10 etc. Hopefully just a slight glitch and quickly resolved. Overall positive that they've agreed with that. Worst news would be immediate demand for payment etc although company dispute any issues with meeting the terms of BH agreement this far

Spike, I asked Pamela at MTMY last week, the question as to why TASE have so many updates compared to us. And that it is difficult to accurately translate.

She looked into it and said that those regarding postponement were released from the Trustees and not from MTMY itself. That's why we didn't receive a translated version here. Different regulations/rules TASE and LSE I guess. She said MTMY work hard to comply with all disclosure applications.

Was momentarily worried on news release, however, TA doesn't seem overly excited/unexcited by it so will just hold and see what comes of it.

Just wondering if the news release over there is from Trustees and not the Company (MTMY) then we may not get an RNS until after the official vote. i.e Tuesday/Wednesday

I believe the last Reznik Paz releases last week and the delay were released by the Trustees direct to TASE, and therefore MTMY didn't release the same to us.

RNS: ...subsequently submitting a formal proposal to the Government of Bangladesh by 28 February 2019.

And also what plan B is, if plan A was isn't going ahead

Holding at 10% down over there so not the end of the world/

We do still hold 90% of TI. We just couldn't get the cash to buy remaining 10%.

Guess a 7am RNS will clear things up for us
