Reading through the presentation in more detail I'm confident of a deal with BHs

Also personally believe that the share price will recover to over 30p on bondholders approval alone. My personal opinion and please make your own trading decisions for those of us newbies.

Not overly bothered about trying to catch a huge spike as this will rerate to a good level anyway.

Anyone good with numbers and accounts will very quickly know that TI is a fantastic asset to own 100%, and MTMY will rerate to reflect that.

Also TI will be hugely profitable in the near future as MTMY will use their losses to write off any tax payable.

Don't know about Israeli tax law but I'm sure it won't be too different to UK law. Happy to be corrected.

Losses are very valuable to profitable companies that want to use it to write stuff off. Adds value here for any bidders imo

Spike, in your opinion do you think we will see 20p on the same day BH confirm agreement (hypothetically speaking) I.e 20p on Tuesday, or 20p over a steady rerate after initial spike There's been many a time in the past I've been left holding on to shares by becoming attached. I thought you were refraining but good to see you're still here Spike :) As a seasoned company Director you know that giving a public interview where you are practically jumping out of your seat in excitement (was SP above 10p when he did this interview - yes) Then 2 days later placing at 10p You know people are gonna get 'spiked' ;) All this better than we expected, what are the figures then? Knows exactly what he was doing imo and I'd rather not leave some high and dry to make profits for those lucky to be in earlier

The board could raise at 7-9p now imo

They have specifically ,repeatedly, noted that they wish to do it in 6-10 weeks because the SP is currently too low..

So when you have a board trying to return value 'for all stakeholders' , as opposed to say, David Sefton, then you know you're in a good company and you'll do ok.

I've seen it done before (and have an affect) Topples the share into a lower bracket, others see it and panic (sea of red) and sell too. And you pick them up cheaper. Those been around a while know this. New to investing perhaps don't ;) Except took them and sold them to 67amg for a higher price lol No other reason to sell like that as could sell volume all day (and have been able to all week)
