I've seen a few tweaks in last night update which tells me MTMY hold the cards in this negotiation. Different from the first one. Then the second update And third one has put more cards in our favour. Why would it move that way? Because oversubscribed IMO and they all want in (which will also push up SP of the offer price to get in)
