I think although not 100% sure because its a long time since i read the rule.

Its ok for news even although bullard/wife bought today as long as the dont take advantage of sp enhancing news by selling within 30 days.

As such, i think afc would still be ok to release news of orders if they could be bothered!

I can be a cynical barsteward when i try to be but i dont hold a candle to dw:)

I dont believe i have told any lies, i have stated a view of why i believe the market would view that the company have not delivered?

A few weeks ago we disagreed on this and you said we will leave it there....now i will say it, lets leave it there.

By the way bb.....i am not concerned with misleading anyone on this board, they are all grown men and women who can decide for themselves but it seems these days you dont believe thats fair game.

I disagree bb......if i was a market analysis my view would be that they are not delivering.

I said in a thread this morning that got removed. Look at the whole outlook, afc were specific on their commitments per quarters re julich, acconia etc.

They could have said multiple order and product releases in q4....they did not, the said in the 2nd half of the calendar year which started on july 1st and with it being multiples the market is quite entitled to expect that these orders woukd have started to be announced.

I think the drop in price backs up my argument but since your only concern these days is too moan about anyone who questions the company i dont expect you will agree:)

I dont see why this is a surprise to anyone.

The company suggests that orders are coming and when they dont deliver the mm's drop the sp, this increases t20 trading activity as people gamble on news which the mm's wont raise the sp on, further periods of no news and spin and repeat.....the mm's make a killing and the long term shareholder pays the price until news comes that is very good and the mm's take it back up again.

It works both ways.....did we really deserve to be at £1 back in dec/jan.

The mm's play as fair as they can.....but its up to the company to stick to their commitments and back up the market cap that the market gives them.

Im just surprised, have you changed your persona or something because i cant remember you or someone like you dominating this board in years gone by and i cant remember someone continually filtering people, ****ging and accusing them of all sorts because they questioned the performance of the company which has hardly been startling over the period.....the company is late with news, its as simple as that!

You are not allowed to mention communication on this board because it will cause negative sentiment in the board and the kobg standing pi's will get nervous and sell then we will see a share price drop and it will all be your fault because you want to buy in cheaper you manipulator that you are.

Lets just forget that dw has brought more hidden finds to the board than any other poster and has been saying the same thing about company comms for at least the last 5 years.

Its not much of a deramp is it or hardly co-ordinated, no factual negativity re finance or competition but hey.....it makes the sp go down lol.

Anybody that thinks chippy complaining about the companies lack of updates on this board was an attempt or had anything to do with lowering the sp needs their head testing......one person having a go about lack of comms and he is being accused of manipulation.....do me a favour!

Actually, what lowers the sp is when the market expects updates from the company and they dont come.

Any idea why the price hardly moved on todays update....i will tell you why, the market have given this company a market cap of 4-500m and it expects to start seeing evidence of revenue.

This past weeks drop i could see coming 3 or 4 weeks ago and without further news i would be worried about 4 weeks from now. Unless there is a larger buyer in the background or you are producing news that will entice new money...thats the way aim works.

Its up to the company to produce orders or news that sustains or enhances thier mc.

Bloody love the company but scarred from times past so every now and then throw a wobbler but not a trader......just dont like to see the sp fall due to lack of news:)

Im sticking with the afc....ab is my hero when he gives us some good news like today and he is the arch enemy when he keeps us waiting for months.....nothing wrong with a bit of a falling out, just like family...shows we care:)

Its good news so cant fault it and nice to see that its a partnership that includes Hyundia...relationships build relationships so you never know.

Its not a confirmed commercial order but this type of news is very important for building portfolios of future workload....they might not all turn into mega orders but if some do, thats fair enough.

Now, lets hope for a run of more good news in the next few months so we can justify the mc and attract new investment.

I dont think you get it.....thats why the sp is dropping.

You said you will be annoyed if no news by end of year.....how annoyed will you be if the sp is 20p at that stage?

Bond had never promised anything......within the rns and even when he is doing media, if he makes commitments to what the company will so....thats as good as a promise and he should live and die by them.

He survived the failures of yesteryear because it was recognised they were not his fault but he did make a lot of commitments that the company failed to achieve.

For a minute put aside shareholders....when an rns is released its not only for shareholders benefit but for the market so they can judge at what level the company should be valued and at what level they should trade at coupled with appetite.

And its quite clear that the market expected news on orders by now or an update on progress.
