here we go again, they are referring to documents that have not been submitted without explaining it and its the hoodoo team who are pointing it out....i can see the commitee getting ****ed off with this😂

I sort of agree hf but when you submit a company expert who wont answers questions and the oppostion object to his competence then i really dont know🤷‍♂️

Actually Vince, it was RED who suggested he might organise shareholders to challenge the bod.

Whether that would have included removal of any is another matter as that would be very difficult to do under any circumstances.

I would certainly support any action and if it meant gambling for JM's removal i would go for it and take my chances if there was enough support for it.

The point i was making is that i think that gamble would be worth taking given how the last few years have worked out for us.

Maersk, saudi etc......i get it but the performance in the last few years has been a shocker and that lays at JM's door imo.

I would be more supportive if he sacrificed something like salary swap or bought shares on the open market.....but nada so what are we supposed to think.

Shareholders have been trying to find solutions for several years with failure after failure.

Nah......i would rather he is gone, not up to the job im afraid and that has been stated on this board consistently over the last 7 years whereby the reason for supporting him is that he is an emulsion expert....what good is that if you fail at every turn!

I think its worth the gamble of trying to replace JM now.......he has failed shareholders at every turn and i cant see that changing.

They have come up with nothing to preserve cash while grabbing what they can in the face of terrible performance....if we are going to have any chance, would it not be better to try someone new?

If qed had started out in the premier league they would be in the 15th tier now😊

Fair comments don but we have been at morroco for at least 3 years now and its yielded nothing and cost us loads.....we cant even name the client and now its bad news all round.

Whats the scenario if it fails again.....more bad news and the client decides to drop us!

We can ill afford morocco to get in the way of some good news.....if any ever comes😊

If i was being honest, i think i would rather they just pulled out of morroco for damage limitation purposes.

Obviously, we dont understand exactly what they are trying to achieve but its certainly putting too much pressure on the equipment we have there and working to these client windows, theres a danger we could continue reporting breakdowns etc.

Basically, its costing us time and also money which we cant afford but worse.....equipment failure is just a terrible look.

Bin it and move on imo

Morocco is by far the least important project to us and yet with these operarional problems we get hammered with each bit of bad news.

I think all pi's should take up their allocation if they can and more if they can afford it.

I cant afford it as such but i have some money in shares that are dormant so i can get the money and really want to but resisting for now.

Was really hoping for some news of a partial salary swap so the bod are taking on a bit more risk and helping to extend the runway.

Their wealth is at a different level to most on here and our shares really mean something to our future......retirement etc.

Man up, join the club and give us some good news on monday....25% of monthly salary converted into shares for the 6 months would help, it could be at the prevailing mid but better still.....fix it at 1.5p and you got yourself a great deal and can make a fortune in the future!

Sorry but i dont agree with that.....i can point you to business updates and results where it states that the were actively working on the fuel supply chain and contracting glycerine consultants way before the framework agreement was made with msc.

If it was the case that it did not start until the framework agreement was made.....why did they first expect trials to commence in late 21, then mid 22, then early 23, then late 23.

And if that was the case, how could they say in late nov 22 via the imc that the expected the trial to start in the new year if they were that far away!

It might be that the framework agreement altered the trial slighty but your reaching!😊

Stock are you really suggesting that its taken them 3 years to choose a supplier and that is why they have been unable to meet msc desire to start the trial in Jan 2023......and now they are telling msc, maybe feb or april next year?
