Listen to our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode 'Uncovering opportunities with investment trusts' with The AIC's Richard Stone here.
4m is nothing compared to some posters on this board.
Holders here have sold their stamp collections and star trek memorabilia to buy shares in this outfit.......beat that pmg:)
My key take away from the London presentation was that most of the attendee's were grey haired and well over 50:)
That presentation was nearly 6 months ago now and its fair to say that pmg is keeping a very low profile these days and he has still not put his hand in the pocket.......when are shareholders going to say enough is enough and call this bod out!
Superbowl scoring
Oh my god.....far too technical to explain the linking of a couple of wires, a bit of aluminium and some glass.
For investors seeking to discuss these details in a more simplified fashion, i can be booked for consultancy via terry or lewbo....just ask for my email address or whats app number:)
Baxter.......if 40p was certain in 10 years time then the wait might be worth it bit thats very far off and there's no such thing as certain.
This is a loss making company with an extremely high cost of doing business to overcome....collaborations are great but they will come and go and meaningful profit is hard to come by.
12 years ago plenty predicted 40p by 2018 and in 2018 plenty predicted 40p by 2022.
See have a generous valuation for they're status and if they were offered decent money to exit they should grab it with both hands and start running... as fast as linford christie on speed:)
Does not appeal to me.......what a boring way to try and make a buck.
Be braver, go put your money on red or black and quit phaffing around with smoke signals.
Or take a leaf out of the new cfo's book and leave it too the clairvoyant or tarot card reader:)
Have you lot been puffin the magic dragon again:)
Mobileye dont partner with companies like see too lose.....could this be a ploy to take see down and corner the market?
I fancy he has sold out of see and went all in on seye....i love a gambling man:)
Lets go Lewbo!
Bwahaha....the market wont get it as always.
Comedy gold tel.....comedy gold:):):)
I think the market gets it perfectly, that is probably the most underwhelming rns ever written on aim, i was bored after the first paragraph!
Desperate and not even a comment from mobileye....i think that clearly shows that they are not remotely interested in the offering and will probably use it to buy themselves some time.
Its just not happening is.....despite some's best attempt to tell you it is:)
The nhtsa are a joke and not worth listening too.
A money absorbing facade who have as much clout as the anti war brigade in moscow....i think its safe to say that musk wont be paying them much attention anytime soon.
A bigger talking point is the ghost of design wins around canberra....is the party over or has it just begun and shareholders are left out in the cold:)
Yes.....that terry and lewbo are already loaded, thats why they don't care about the sp:)
Your average joe is trying to pay off the mortgage or get some pension money, maybe even the odd weekend in skegness with lilo lil....
I never realised that new cfo overseen a 100 bagger in that company, thats pretty decent form to be coming to SEE with....wonder if he will end up getting the sack for being too prudent:)
Have you been at that rum again sandy?
Its friday afternoon.....your supposed to start off slow and speed up later in the night instead off getting blotto straight off and mumbling for the rest of the day!
I love a good map especially if there's treasure at the end of it....not a laughing bod giving the 2 fingered salute:)
Have a good weekend all
Why....you thinking about attending?
I will go if the long termers here sponsor me, 100 pounds a head should suffice for my flight and a few nights in the marriot with drinks and food?
Maybe Lewbo should lobby the company for a p.i. to attend.....tls is in the region but he should proof his holdings before imo:)
Oh my.....sounds like pmg is going to try and sell the company to the mafioso now!
He better get the sp up in late march or he might start getting some strange gifts in the post:)
See trekking across the universe
Only going forwards cause they can't find reverse
You're trying to get the size of the discount up Lewbo.....how much are you in for?
Bwahahaha:)
It would be amazing if see took a position in seye with their 17.5m from magna, that would get the sp here moving:)
I would not bother my **** with small share price movements.
The question is are you getting 0p, 5p or 25p and when will the bod decide...now or in 8 years:):):)
While i dont disagree with the basic principle of being able to hedge....what and how short selling in used in this market is a complete disgrace so i would never do it, also i have never worked in the industry.
Im not sure about 'all that effort', the odd post here or there. I was much more scathing a few years ago:)
One thing i have witnessed over the years. It does not matter how much potential a business has, how good the fundamentals are or even if the market is turning in they're favour.
That can all be great but how the bod monetise it is the key for shareholders making money....you have plenty of friends in real life buy you gambled to make money for your family so start by getting a bit skeptical of their intentions.
They have done very well out of SEE but where is the return to the market!
Dont worry about me tel....alive, kicking and in good working order:)
Worry about yourself.......time will tell.
It is looking dodgy, just because magna whack in 10m at 11 or whatever will come is a little irrelevant because that is not their directors money.....that is business money so if things go pete tong, they shrug their shoulders and move on.
Anything can happen, another covid, a bigger war, a monster recession and hey presto, the 3 or 4 years you were looking at might turn into 10 years and if that was the case.....see as a business would be in big trouble.
In 2018 this share hit 12p off a much lower mc re the shares in issue, it was in a perfect position. Now its easy for the bod to claim that the major shareholders did not want it but im not so sure.
I would not say that they are in such a good position now and the risk is definitely greater. It's easy to think that as long as they get a lot of business then all will work out fine but thats only half the battle!
There are a lot of small investors sold their shares here over the years, hope most got out at over 10p but some might have got stung by the covid drop and were at an age where they could not continue with the gamble/risk.
See should have sold out in 2018, they still had a very low market cap and a lot of things fell in their favour....after 18 years, that was the time!
Now, things are looking very dodgy and without the directors buying shares you would not touch this with a bargepole......how long can they get away with an overhead like that, they need to alter the business model!
I know the new cfo is buying shares but his buys dont count yet....imo:)
