Its an extraordinary thing the market.....if qed was a new company, having spent 80m on this type of tech and now an agreement with cargill i could see their float price acheiving a mc of 200m and attracting some big investors on the back of it!

Thats the game and ofcourse it works both ways....new investors are getting the chance to get in dirt cheap for a company who have serious potential now.

I would not put anything past anyone these days but i would hope that cargills values would ensure that if they did have a plan to aquire their end offer price would be fair.....using legal tactics to get there would be a different matter though.

Im sure qed and the nomad would have their eyes peeled on it though and would have a plan to safeguard the company if they felt there was a risk.

Im still not in favour of an OO, i would accept cargill taking a sizeable chunk if the strike price was at a big premium but i think its better we keep raising running and ops costs through small placings until we become break even.

I didn't see anyone having unrealistic expectations.....the results were rubbish as expected and as shareholders have become accustomed too!

Move on, those who wanted them got cheaper shares in the last oo....if we start phaffing around there again then you are look at whats the discount etc etc.

If they need money, get it and move on with the operations. Shareholders have enough shares and they can buy more in the market if they got the money and i advise them to do it🤞
