The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
'Count yourself lucky this isnt the Wind BB and gone from £900 Mcap to who knows what as of today?'
Wind is contrived imo........see shareholders should not think they are lucky not to be wind, they should be disappointed that they are not cashing in healthy profits by now instead of searching for an anctidote:)
Good job that pmg did not buy yesterday or i would crying in my cornflakes.
He needs to do an elon musk and tweet that he is about to buy some shares and give pi's a chance.....he owe's us that:)
With this type of heath robinson business plan the bod have made it plainly obvious that longer term shareholders or pi's are not part of the structure moving forward, you have done your job.
I would to know the truth behind federated....they are the crow on the washing line that i cant work out:)
Comedy gold from puff candy....looks like he's on the friday vino again:)
The company are not making progress and spending money like confetti but lets ignore that because nothing has changed, only how you feel about it!
Dont critque operations, pay no attention to finance, dont even bother that the bod show no sign of finding a way out of this mess for their long suffering shareholders.
Just close your eyes, cup your ears and free your mind.....switch off the pc for a few years and things will look a lot better because maybe the bod will have altered direction, whats the worst that can happen.
Wake up......or better still wake up the bod:)
Dont mention the word hang here darren....you might give a few ideas.
Looks like big pmg has been schmoozing the mafia down the lap dancing club last night....he better watch out or he will be getting the fish in the post!
I just sent pmg a whats app message to remind him that however many shares he buys in the next 2 weeks, i will match it.
Locked and loaded......fingers on the trigger!
I have spare cash updown but that does not mean im going to splash it around....i also have responsibilities to loved ones so i will need a good bit more evidence if they can make it and when.
Time is on my side here:):)
Nah....rose tinted specs again.
Anyway, you lot need to think of your grandchildren and sell some shares here while you got the chance.....7p is a good shout and you owe it to them to cash in a bit for their uni fee's.
Dont get caught with your pants down:)
Yes but you need to listen to his response again because thats not how he answered it...listen to his opening response, he gave one answer and it was quite clear he had no intention of answering the 2nd part directly.
I can still only see one on iii
Fair play
Sorry 2020....thats not what he said about buying.
He said that was the reason he accepted the job....he did not define why he bought shares!
Its kate who bought tel.
Its funny...when the directors were not buying amd i was saying they should be.....i got shouted down and told there is no need for them to buy.
Now they are buying, everyone is using that as the main justification to hold.
Shareholders are a strange people:)
Bit its always nice to know i was right and thanks for the tick ups folks, im glad my popularity is growing here.
Seeker of truth and justice.....and for the people!
She does not mess around like the other lot....when she buys she does it with money earned!
I would like to kb because i have fomo but i cant afford my money to be tied up for 5 or 6 years.
The company and the shareholders attitude toward their money give me reasons to be wary.
Take this telegram group for instance....what are they all about, sounds like they are in some sort of love-in with the company!
Thats not good....a group like that should be lobbying the company for better progress with more defined criteria for reward.
I have seen this on a few shares and it usually ends up in tears.....i cant afford to be getting involved in that:)
Hehehe.....says the one who sold out and only came back because the sp dropped so low.
Which is fair enough if you were not trying to push your false narrative on everyone else.
If this gets over 10p.....you will be gone again:)
The italian video was never mentioned and even if someone had asked about it there was no way it would be mentioned....i think the company would rather move on from that.
Shareholders should hope for a hostile bid here, even a low one is the best out.....in this kind of market and being an aim share i dont think there's much chance that they can get up there intrinsically unless you can wait it out another 5-7 years....and thats fraught with risk.
The bod and i probably mean the original developers definitely still see this as their company and by all intents and purposes it might fall apart without them.....so its not a case of what is best for shareholders, its what is best for them!

I have just had this amazing thought.
If all the see shareholders apply to go on who wants to be a millionaire then surely one will get through to the chair and they will have loads of friends to phone.
Thats as good a chance as any to get some money back....just got to hope there is no finance questions:):)
It looks like you are yesterdays game dr777.
The bod are in a position where their salaries/packages are so big that they are not incentivised by sp....in fact, a lower sp for the time being works to their advantage as its easier for them to raise the kind of money they need to pay these inflated salaries.
There are many ways you can justify what would be fair salaries for them but they are paying themselves way more than they should be fpr a company in they're position and i think this got out of control around 2018.....with earning that kind of money its better for them to keep the status quo going forward.
Nevermind, there are a few shareholders here who believe that the company with have a 15b market cap by 2025 so these salaries are justifiable already:)
Brock.....this is what happens when you have too many happy clappy investors who sit on message boards all day praising the company and posting irrelevant links to rubbish in order to make the investment case stronger.....instead of actually questioning their investment or the companies performance.
Now you have a bod who have profiteered massively for years and start spitting the dummy out when they are questioned.......they dont want the gravvy train upset now and they cant be bothered with pi's who have become irrelevant.
Still.....i suppose the company have a good stock of baseball caps to dish out:)
