odd i will call a j bell this morning, is there a set percentage figure for extras ?

i have been offered 20k extra on my isa acc with 25k shares in and 18k extras on sipp acc with 50k shares in, not sure how they get these figures. hope to take up both but will have to sell some to cover

in my aj bell sipp i have 50k shares oo 2k more plus 18k option in isa i have 25k oo 1.2k plus 20k option.
are we able to buy these or is it see whats left ?
has anyone purchased these extras yet or waiting to 15th ?
