My take on the update...

The update was on time.

The process for distribution of funds seems reasonable and is set to a timescale that seems to be about right.

Again, if it was all a work of fiction why would anyone persist with all these updates?

It will be interesting to see what announcement (if any) is made about/by the purchasing company.

Still have a healthy scepticism, but am very happy to be proved wrong.

But also...

"The proceeds of both transactions shall be distributed simultaneously upon announcement"

Everything says "This can't actually be true" but why bother with carrying on the charade for so long? why all the detail in the latest updates?? I guess we should know one way or the other soon..

If this comes off then it'll be like when you find a forgotten tenner in an old coat pocket. A BONUS! (quite a big one!)

Given the pitiful state of the current share price I reckon there could be a suspension to keep an 'orderly market' when that JV is finally signed off if we are still at these levels. Just a hunch..

My 60k shares are still sitting in my Hargreaves Lansdown account - I won't fully believe any of this until they have a monetary value in that account but here's hoping.. GLA

I think the "radio silence" from Art surely has to be down to ongoing JV discussions? I have no doubt that he'd have done some kind of interview after the last RNS and subsequent SP drop otherwise. I'm sure we'll all find out soon enough.. GLA

I'd rather have that - Stops us giving away too much too soon. Best option for long term share holder value.
