At face value the latest update does seem to be moving things forward. We can argue over interpretation of the exact wording of the announcements (for better or worse) but I guess that it's got to be seen as a good thing that the updates are still coming through, the time scales are coming down to 'weeks' rather than the old 'short pause (eg. months!) of previous years updates. I'd also take some comfort from the fact that these new deadlines are being adhered to.

Like many others here I have a real balance of excitement and scepticism and won't truly believe it until the money lands in my HL nominee account - I've waited 6 years (although this was written off mentally a very long time ago!) so I can wait a few more weeks to see what happens.

If there is a pay-out it seems likely that those of us with our shares held in nominee accounts will have the most straightforward path as there was very little ambiguity about "Distribution will be made directly into nominee accounts where applicable" - For me it's literally a case of 'IF' it happens, 'WHEN' it happens and 'HOW MUCH' we actually get. Sounds like things should be straight forward if you have your shares in your Hargreaves Lansdown (or other nominee accounts) and perhaps a bit longer if you have share certificates.

Bit of a delay until the end of the month but these self imposed deadlines do seem to be being met currently.

Still have a healthy dose of scepticism, but let's just wait and see.. GLA

Ideally the next update will contain details of payment and price per share. I'd love to be able to put this to bed once and for all! Good luck all..

My shares still show in my Hargreaves Lansdown account with a zero value - I long for the day that changes to a monetary value! :)

The maths appears to be simple in terms of how much our shares are worth in terms of sale price divided by amount of shares in the company, but I wonder if there could be anything else that could affect the actual amount we get per share in terms of hidden costs etc (not including exchange rate which obviously fluctuates)

Quiet here today.. Is people's confidence growing or subsiding as each day passes?

If the money comes through for my 60k shares it won't be 'life changing' but I have to say with the cost of living as it is, it will certainly be a MASSIVE help. Fair play to having over a million shares riding on this, for me that certainly WOULD be life changing!

It's really strange being in a situation where I am having to stop myself getting too excited because mentally this was written off years ago whilst simultaneously thinking 'this may just happen'.. GLA

I just can't resolve the fact hat the last two updates have given specific dates (with the last being met) if this is all bullsh*t... why bother? Why not just string it out with some more open ended, non-specific time in the future??

Yep, I don't think there are many here that will believe it until they actually see it - I certainly won't be 'spending' mine until I actually see it sitting in my account!

These are the latest figures I can find - Are they accurate? If true it would work out @ approx 23p per share give or take exchange rates etc

Also, interesting that Hargreaves Lansdown are significant holders - Wonder if that would help in getting paid out?

The Company has 942,586,567 shares in issue at the date of this update, 08/09/20.

Supposed to be about 20p (ish) per share but who knows - Doing the maths on my shares held with Hargreaves Lansdown it shows I paid just under 2.9p per share for my holding of just under 60k shares.

To me this sounds like thinks may be a lot quicker/straightforward for those of us who still have the shares showing in our accounts...

"The Company will publish all the information relating to the financial settlement process including necessary documentation by 16th May 2023".

"Proceeds of the Licensing and DaaP sale agreements will be paid out to the shareholders by appointed agents".

60k CTAG shares still showing in my Hargreaves Lansdown account - Hopefully they will disappear and be replaced with a few £££ in coming weeks..
