The numbers in terms of resource, the resource itself and us being funded to drill is all positive

BUT the market and retail want a guarantee drill and I think then this re-rates to 15p + pre drill

This is the biggest Q3 drill

Good news is the rig maintenance is happening too so rig will be ready once on back of the ship.

Nearly there, less than a couple of weeks left imo, albeit I think news can drop any time as Noble has said the contract has been done

1-demostartes much larger resource at TAI

2.confirmed TAI will be drilled this year

3- CPR total independent

4- 61% uplift in prospective resource

5-current demand is 6bcf and tai can source half the worlds demand

6- one prospect across rest of portfolio

7-Confident we will be spudding TAI Q3

BIG volumes already and this wont have any fear of placing etc as 1) they dont have any authority or headroom 2) they are fully funded 3) they are saving costs

therefore once this RIG contract is announced this should spike into the teens very quickly as most traders have moved on now aswell so alot will be waiting to get in

perfect timing to get some more eyes on whats going to be drilled

I think next week is the big week here, they need this rig on the boat being transport by end of June latest, to give them time to arrange this, id think, they would want the contract signed next week

they are spending money on long lead items and rig inspections and lawyers, so they must be pushing this hard

nearly there now, final couple of weeks and then we should get a lovely build up to the drill in August

so much money will be waiting for this rig contract on sidelines, so should be exciting once inked

Ultimately we are always going to drill in Q3, it was DM that mislead with Q1, which was impossible to hit, so we are better off than with him in charge as we have had no disappoints so far with LB in charge

The rig takes 4-6 weeks to transport, we are on track for late July early August spud.

In meantime, we have the NHE farm out news, which although they are independant, will draw attention to this, i believe the rig contract will be executed shortly with or without that news anyway as HE1 can conclude their side without it

i dont see a better prospect to drill than HE1 on AIM this year, yes its been poor last 2 years but now its getting ready to drill again and we arent that far away from seeing this board and volume hit the roof!

should get some news from them soon and i think that kicks this past the resistance we faced

Fully funded and cost saving so company doesn’t need any money, they have no headroom to raise either so shareholders in control here.

This was double digits without a rig last year, expect to really get going into May. Bag from here then spike during drill, on success 50p plus then NHE drilling will push this further

IMO they will get optionality that should they be successful that they will just keep drilling IMO as rig will be in country.

Exciting time and probably be one of the hottest stocks given NHE shareholders likely to play our share then jump to NHE

To buy here, this is getting ready for double digits.

Believe we see this rig contract over line within 10days and NHE news will push this along

Stars finally aligning here, big quarter or two and could see big gains as no risk of overhangs or placing etc

its 10 days to TD then wirelines, completion etc its a 21 day well

got to remember this rig is a beast hence DM month drill timeframe is wrong as he was probably looking at different rigs

no point looking at charts re ATL as they average it out on day, this spiked into 30's and settled lower intra day from memory hence chart wont tell you the actual low or high as based on EOD averages

regardless, this had dilution since so id settle for closer to 20p for a 3-4 bag and derisk around day 6 of the well, once the spike of rumour of a stike happens lol

Rig is currently having standard maintenance as its been used , which is a good thing as its hot, crew are hot and it can drill what we need by 10x meaning the drill will be around a 21-28 day completion well

once work complete which will coincide with our contract being executed, it will take 4-6 weeks to get in country (June) and then we will be ready to drill once Mob and hooked up by July

we are fully funded and you have to remember the metrics here, a success story will produce our mcap in profits alongside being in the hottest sector where HE prices have multi bagged since we last drilled

last drill highlighted what we had, was just a toilet mineral rig, now we are using big boy toys, im sure the result will be different, 30-40p last time highs during drilling

maybe 20-25p this time once the rumours leak out

best AIM play for Q3 IMO

they are funded which is excellent but more importantly we cannot get stuffed with an unexpected placing as they dont have the headroom as it wasnt passed at the AGM,

therefore the company will want this as high as possible and as liquid as possible so they can raise on a success case

with the savings of $2m on mob and demob , the business will have c$3m after the drill so this is the biggest obstacle gone

BUT even better, as its been so long since the fundraise last year, there wont be any overhang like we saw in 88 and the others, so this will moon once it hits other radars, 12-15p on spud imo which is 3 months away so easy bagger in the making here

WE CAN GO IT ALONE, the rig split with NHE is purely focused on mob and demob costs... we arent reliant on them, she has said this numerous times

I expect OUR contract to be inked by first week of May and then we are all set for the Q3 spud

Just maybe Noble are putting all this into the market to pump the stock do fundraise rather than farm out and go it alone. Now an LOI is out there maybe they can attract the funders….. let’s see huh.

Lorna has explained the collaboration agreement before and we are independent of NOble on sharing Mob and demob cost savings.

The LOI was forced by HE1 out in an RNS by Noble announcement. Any contract is independent with Sofori BUT as we have a collaboration agreement covering spilts of costs should be both contract at the same time, that’s why we had to announce something

Imagine if Lorna said nothing, it would just look very very off.

Now, in terms of the rig as far we know it’s in Tunisia and has been recently drilling.

This is an oil and gas drill rig not a s—- mineral rig and is hot, so other than maintenance, I reckon once we pen the contract it will take 4-6 weeks into country and mob so we are on track

I hope Lorna comes out this week with some PR on the rig and it’s capability but I’d rather this knowing we are nearly there.

Agreement signed this month then we are ready for a Q3 drill, LOI forced announcement, otherwise they wouldn’t have announced.

If anything we want Noble investors to pump this rig and join our party and then jump to nobles party after

We are priced at no rig so I expect this to hit mid teens by time the drill is turning

My hope is they announced they have optionality after our and Noble drill to continue drilling in the case of a successful drill

I believe the company will clarify this week on this announcement

Prospect hasn’t changed and the timescale set by DM was missed, so far we are on track with Lorna

I dont understand why people dont get the collaboration deal with Noble

-there will be no joint contract, its an agreement that essentially allows both parties to speak to the same rig provider with HE1 gaining priority for the same rig first
- HE1 will sign a individual agreement with the rig provider , they confirmed that they are in talks today on this
-NOBLE if they want can sign an agreement too, this will then make it cheaper for all parties but its not contigent on signing a tri-party agreement

we have no reliance on noble nor their farm out, if we are lucky that Noble sign with the same rig provider and drill after us, then we share some of the operational costs ie mobilisation costs, baker hughes and they could purchase any excess stock that we use for our drill

this has been covered so many times before, all i can say is if people are waiting for May for a contract to be signed, i hope you already have a position

nothing is reliant on Noble, its only upside cost saving (which imo doesnt actually matter at this stage) that is beneficial SHOULD they use the same rig as us

They have had multiple interviews STATING that they have already identified rigs

They even say in the comments that they are sorting the contract, if they havent got a rig identified how would they be sorting the contract
