Maybe he knows it will be a success and with 10m shares he would rather be able to cash in on success rather than be a constant insider without ever having the chance to sell

the guy is 72! HE isnt his area of specialism, he has contacts in the mining space but ultimately regardless of him being here or not, its all on the drill bit in the next 4-6 weeks

The company is fully funded for the planned well, following a £10million fundraise in December last year, and there may even be enough for a second well, depending on outcomes.

The company 100-200k a year probably in consulting fees paid to Ian’s company.

He is 72 and probably wants to cash in on any success this time around , as he won’t be inside on a success case

Also hoping for an updated broker Note and some more press coverage alongside the deck that the company presented last week

Lots of PR and news to come in short order

Momentum next two weeks will build, should be positive to price- closer we get to spud closer we get speculative traders come in

Expect volumes to keep rising next couple of weeks and then a spike of volume the week we spud - likely August 21 onwards imo

We are early against timetables, so no reason why company will delay getting the party started here

Will only help with allowing time for appraisal on success or follow on drill should it not be successful

Rig is a monster so we are in a much better position that 2 years ago

Exciting times for all. Manage risk when the drill is spinning but for now, it’s a buy and hold as the market isn’t pricing in a success case just yet, hundreds of millions of yearly revenue potentially sits on our site!

We are one of the only GREEN HE players- don’t underestimate that in todays climate of being economically friendly either

Majors will be all over this should we hit and Ian holds the cards to unlock that value

I see a nice run into close today finishing close to 10p as I strongly believe next week, everything is going to come together in readiness for mobilisation of the rig to the drill pad

The company are clearly ahead of plan, yes they are playing it safe with dates but with long lead items being on site, drill pad days away from being complete, rig being near site and crew being finalised, we are in a very positive position for momentum to play a part

Broker notes and more retail interviews to come following this weeks investor roadshow

Civils are 85% complete with just the cement to cure on the drill pad- normally takes 4-6 days depending on whether, so that will be done by Sunday- possible news /update on this next week

Rig is being mobilised to site- all there this week- again possible update or RNS on this next week

Rig crew can now be appointed and starting to make their travel arrangements to site- contract needs to be signed and as we are sounding end of August- that contract should now be in place or close to being in place- therefore potential further news on this next week!

Looks like August is going to be a very exciting period for all us holders and these prices under 10p will be a distant memory

I think PR will move from 2nd to 4th gear pretty quickly here, they know they can’t just sit back and hope interest comes. I agree you might not get DM leaks but you will get positive flow of news and PR imo and that will see this 15p/20p on spud

It’s a one of a kind drill on AIM, has lots of data from 21’ drill and they have the right rig and experience this time to try and get a success, worst case they have a great contingency plan in owning a rig so can drill again, more to appraisal on success and make money in wet season

Is in the driving position here and I see NHE use our rig after our drilling imo!

NHE tried to play us and use us to get what they wanted and in the end have been left in a tricky position

We have a great opportunity to be front and centre of the HE space and control our competitors aswell, as it’s very unlikely that NHE have any other options for rigs other than the one in UK and ours now

Future is bright and the share price is undervalued and has a lot of upside left in it to run

Rolled in- market are struggling here hence trying to bleed out the non researched

If people can just hold the line, will be in double digits

The company wants the price as high as possible to reduce further dilution

We aren’t even near last year highs and Ian average is near 20p

They don’t need any money

After the drill they will have $3-4m if not more!!! Madness that people can’t get over that discussion

If they hit HE then nobody will be grudge them

Raising 20-40m but that will be above 30p so who cares LOL

100k shares available now we moved on the traders from yesterday.

I’d suggest those now continuing to state about funding are sweating over their non position or even worse shorts

I can’t understand how many more ways the company can say they are fully funded.

Iceman is 100% correct- their roadshow was to keep investors informed of prospects outside of TAI

Many seem to forget about the other assests and leads the company has- they can now do more work on these to get to drilling them out too

Obviously we are focused on TAI and rightly so but there is so much optionality now

To my post yesterday, they have no headroom to issue shares. It would be subject to an EGM and they have no intention or requirement to raise

Purchasing the rig SAVED money , it was LESS expense than what they have budgeted for

So to keep it simple for some people, they have more money than what they require ie THEY DO NOT NEED to raise

It their presentation yesterday, the first slide states- FULLY FUNDED!

So to confirm once more- no headroom, would need a shareholder approval, no appetite for dilution unless on success or future drills (if required) FULLY funded for upcoming drill
