what is real is £45m of warrant money is going to hit where this trades hardly anything and still has an ATM shorter in play

the warrant holders yes exchange money for the price of 2.5p shares

thats c £60m at todays price of warrants that will be sold ie the 2.5p holders selling

that amount of overhang cannot be sustained as their isnt the buyer on the other side

forget the dilution valuation, its market mechanics

more seller than buyers, price goes down, so come next year there will 100% be more sellers than buyers

plus the company will then have to pay back the bond holder of $20m so the $2.4m raised from warrants isnt touching the sides

he 190p funder is way offside here, the 100p funder is way offside here, who else are they going to blow up in the process?

not sure you truly understand how this is going to play out, SWC have no major access to cash , cannot take advantage to average down on BTC and are burning cash

they even stopped telling the market how much cash they have in their account
