It's a great idea to remind investors both current and potential of the situation with KAT, those words couldn't be anymore encouraging if they tried and that is the reason why I doubled my holding this morning. Not long to go now until funding arranged and this will fly in the build-up to the end of the month, get in ahead of the herd to maximise gains, alot will not buy in until it is over 3p, you can grab it now for under 2.35p, but be quick.

It is a shame that the MMs are deliberately maintaining a spread and live prices so that all buys are showing as sells. Whilst the MMs would like you to believe differently, so far today there has been 5.4m buys and 2.6m sells.

Now that is quick, shows some considerable appetite in my opinion.

I know what you mean ocelot, however they can flip the cash into another placing and therefore recycle it to obtain multiple sets of warrants across a spectrum of companies, all at no risk. Make 10-15% on the shares and then have a risk free bet on the future, not a bad gig.

Simple one ocelot, holding a warrant doesn't consume any cash, whereas holding shares does. I am not saying that they definitely will, however have seen it on a number of other shares and I would be happy to have a risk free ticket like that.

Sadly it feels to me that they are keen to get the SP down to the placing price which is very frustrating to all. A number of the placees will flip their stock and keep the Warrants as then they have a free ticket with no risk.

Would not be surprised if we finish blue today, complete false drop by MMs, lots of buying at 0.32 - 0.33, MMs delayed them and dropped the SP to get the shares back. Bounced nicely off 0.29 - 0.30 region, setting a new higher low and now asking 0.3475p for 2.5m shares and buys flooding in at 0.33p plus - DYOR but I feel this will move swiftly back above 0.40p and on towards the 0.80p predicted by many in the run up to drill results, not long now.

MMs now printing all the delayed buys sub 0.30p so that they show as sells as below the mid point of the spread. Don't let their games fool you, false drop and now bouncing back towards 0.40p and beyond.

MMs now have a spread 0.30 / 0.34 which means all the buys at 0.319p will show as sells, they are desperate for shares down here

0.319 to buy any volume now, MMs had very little to sell down around 0.30p, hence the move up and most of the delayed trades were buys in the 0.32p - 0.33p range.

MMs happy to allow small buys @ 0.307p and therefore print as sells, however asking 0.318p for 2.5m - this is only going one way now with any buying pressure. IMHO Hold or Add

Totally agree Phoebus, MMs are continuing to adjust the Live Bid & Ask to ensure that actual trades are below the mid point and therefore printed as sells - irrespective of what they actually are. They did this most of the morning and are trying to shake shares from the weak, at the same time some derampers pop up and cause fear on the BBs - hilarious

Great post ocelot, so the company is currently valued at approx. 1% of the value of the Clogau Gold alone, let alone the other assets - WOW

Lots of delayed buys showing up this morning, MMs walked the price down to gather the shares from scared PIs, the bounce has started and if I am not incorrect, a new higher low created on the charts, therefore we should now move on to a higher high, lots of news-flow expected over the coming days and weeks and following the recent placing, ALBA are well placed to accelerate to these opportunities.

Interesting spread by the MMs, they seem 'happy' or determined to allow most of the buys since the early rise to be printed as sells, almost as though they are trying to discourage buying or encourage selling. I got a nice top-up earlier 350k @ 1.149p and of course it is showing as a sell.

Now NT @ 1.20p, asking 1.25p for any volume......... Very nice move

Agreed MrNation, I think someone just cleaned out the 1.15p ask before it was even offered by the MMs as NT @ 1.15p on IG already

Some decent buying this morning so far, IG are NT to buy any volume @ 1.10 and are asking for 1.1495p for 250k shares
