The MMs have once again moved the spread so that the buys are printed as sells 3.40 / 3.80 spread and 3.59999p to buy, deliberate manipulation. Also they managed to cancel the 250k sell at 3.35p from earlier which I am sure panicked a few PIs into selling their shares cheap.

Great point whimax, this deal alone shows how undervalued the company currently is, if you factor in the other opportunities, the SP should be significantly higher already. MCAP of £20m - £40m would be a nice start.

All buys this morning, although some showing as sells after the MMs moved the spread to 2.30 / 2.50, this is the start of the rerate and should pass 3p very easily if this buying pressure continues.

Looks like someone did a 100k Fill or Kill and forced the MMs to move the Ask to 1.70p, 1.649p paid, next buy pays 1.6799p, this will move quickly now.

NT to buy at 1.60p, feels like the bounce is on, recent placing at 2.75p only 6 weeks ago, massive discount available here now

Business development activities continue with this focus alongside the option agreement for Oxilio to explore its potential in treating cancers.

You are not missing anything VIKINGRAZOR, this is a new deal for a new avenue and therefore is in addition to the CINV out-licensing deal which is in progress. There is an upfront payment and stage payments as well as the ongoing royalties.

That is the exact point that I have been trying to make olderbutwiser, this is a new application being explored and additional to the previous 'big' one being explored by NFX, therefore this deal signed today is fab and will allow resources to be allocated to get the 'big' deal over the line.

Also the MMs behaviour, really makes me think that there are big things to come for NFX, every time someone buys some shares, they move up the Bid so that they can continue to show buys as sells. Now why would they do this so consistently?

Thanks olderbutwiser :-) I really feel that this has been missed by the market and allays alot of fears with regards to future cash requirements. The first of many deals I believe will be completed over the coming days, weeks and months.

chablard, can I ask your current position with regards to this stock as having read your previous posts, you seem to have nothing but criticism for the company. Also if a company offered you an upfront payment and royalty for an avenue that was not previously considered or core to the business, what would you say? Knowing that this would enable NFX to focus resources on getting the main deals over the line. I am interested to hear your reply..........

As I have said in an earlier post, I believe that the market / investors have misinterpreted this RNS and seen it as a cheap 'big' deal as opposed to an additional deal. I have taken the opportunity to double my holding on the dip, all trades showing as sells, thanks MMs ;-)

MMs using the spread to disguise all the buys as sells, Ask has moved up from 3.52p to 3.67p (now) they don't want to sell shares down here, they want to collect them, as they know what this deal is, which IMHO has been completely missed by the market, although people happy to pay 4.3p early on, now you can buy for 20% lower and at the same price as yesterday, despite this additional revenue stream being delivered by the new CEO. This proves that he can make deals and is a precursor to the bigger news I believe.

IMHO, It feels to me that the MMs are trying to keep it down here, any decent buying and this will fly, the MMs have done very well today. I think that alot of people have misunderstood the RNS and believe this is the 'big' deal whereas this is an additional deal which looks like it has been tied up very quickly and delivered an additional revenue stream to the company.

So the licensing deal agreed is for a completely new purpose - the purpose seems to be to actually treat the cancer itself rather than the side effects of treatment which has previously been spoken about - shows the flexibility of the tech and could be huge opportunity not included before! Also removes the threat of another placing whilst the main deals are progressed to completion

MMs showing all buys as sells, trying to put off buyers I believe

I would agree Aberdeenman, the MMs have worked hard with the spread and live Bid / Ask to ensure that nearly all the buys have been printed as sells. They have just dropped the Ask to 3.70p, therefore the next Buy will actually show as a buy :-) I feel that this will bounce from here as before.

Looks like the pump and dump has worked, up 35% and now on the way back down to the 5p -6p range again, traders having fun whilst the long term holders suffer.
