Alot of information in the accounts, however the very concerning part for all shareholders is the following:

As at 30 June 2020 the Group had cash reserves totalling £128k. As the Group is non-revenue generating, there is a reliance on raising funds through issuing debt and/or equity. Additional funds may need to be raised during the going concern assessment period to fund future operations and meet working capital requirements. In addition, the Group has not historically performed in accordance with budget. As such there is the risk that the Group is not a going concern.

I think it would have done that already had the MMs actually made a market, they have been NT nearly all this morning. So far people have paid 5.975p , 5.75p & 6p when the published Ask is 5.5p - Come on MMs make a market

MMs have finally moved it up to 5.5p on the Ask and going NT for anything over 25k shares - currently in auction - Latest funding @ 10p - circa £4m recurring revenue, cost base reduced from £800k pcm to £360k pcm and decent pipeline of sales opportunity to deliver additional £1.8m recurring revenue. All stated in the RNS's - MCAP £1m - Listed at 70p plus - Madness

People paying over because the MMs have no stock, when they let this go, it will fly

Shame that the MMs won't allow any buying at the moment, just grabbed a final 100k top-up @ 0.65p and then it has been NT ever since. Decent buying today, all the trades at 0.622p were buys, despite the algo showing them as sells as they were below the Mid price of 0.625 (spread 0.60 / 0.65)

I emailed the company responsible for the liquidation and they are awaiting final tax clearance which has been delayed due to HMRC having lots of other priorities due to COVID-19. They have been advised that they should hear by end of 2020 and suggested that I should diarise a chase if hadn't heard anything by the end of Jan-21. I hope that helps people ??

It looks like we have bounced nicely off 6.7p, latest fundraise was at 8.5p and there are a number of liquidity events expected in the coming months. A great time to buy-in or top-up imho with a circa 15% discount to recent placing price still on offer, even after the recent bounce.

And another 3m buy @ 0.57p, looks like it has been worked throughout the day, hence why the MMs were happy to collect shares in the 0.49 - 0.55 region, if that is the same person as yesterday, very interesting........

The MMs have been having fun today, maintaining a spread and live prices so that buys have been showing as sells and vice versa. They took 500k @ 1.975p which was interesting and the 600k trade @ 2.04 just printed is a buy. Looks like we may be staying north of 2p this time and look to push on towards 3p.

Looks like the small sells from earlier today have been well and truly mopped up. There is only 250k available online @ 0.60p, then MMs are asking 0.64p. I think that this is primed for the next leg-up ;-)

A great post MG and a fantastic reminder as to the many irons in the fire. I have been reviewing the Oslo data and like you say there has been steady buying pressure the past 2-3 days. The MMs did walk it down slightly, however it bounced back quickly and I feel the MMs here have done the same and we have just bounced, luckily I managed to grab an additional chunk @ 0.55p on the retrace, now to wait and watch the story unfold. As they say, no smoke without fire, Oslo buying with the chunky 2m & 3m buys that we saw yesterday indicate to me that positive news is on the way and already known by a few...........

I know you were aerial, I was just advising that despite the Ask bouncing back to 0.50p from 0.45p after the £1,200 trade, that it was still possible to buy < 0.45p :-)

You can still buy < 0.45p aerial, it has been there for the past day or two, I am very tempted

The small trades are trades from the Freetrade platform, hence the small and random nature of them.

MMs will only allow 100k to be bought < 0.80p before going NT so expect a move up shortly with any volume.

Not the 2.25m buy, however the 2x250k showing as sells were my top-ups ;-)

Breaking 0.50p, this will fly to 1p very quickly
